Arrived at the location, I did check in and when I open the box, there is no key. I waited like 30 mins and called the number but no one would pick up. It was the back of a store so there was no one I could ask. After 45 mins of arriving a lady comes out the back door and told me I had to go inside the store because I had to sign some contract for her to give me the key...(it was contact-less pick up so I shouldn't have to sign or talk to anyone) Then when I went around I entered the store and the lady said "oh no, you did finish so you don't need to sign anything" and just gave me the key. I was already 1 hour late so I had to rush and leave just to notice when I arrived to the place that they forgot to put the Dolly and the blankets I PAYED for inside the truck!!! So I had to do the move without the Dolly or the blankets! I called and a rep told me he would process the refund but yesterday I saw my account and no refund was processed. I got billed for everything.... Terrible service.Sara D.

Horrible experience. Res was cancelled and moved to a Spanish only speaking location. Waited 2.5 hours at site before location opened only to learn that I was switched to a â€œmobile resâ€ scenario which so never elected. Operator was very kind in navigating me through process and checkin. However, the authorization process is incredibly poor, eg asking in real-time on a Saturday morning fir 2 phone number/referrals that are called informed that â€œâ€¦if I don't returnâ€ is the reason for them being called. Both of which texted me asking if I needed help and what is wrong, credit issues, etc. This is only trumped by the F's t that the vehicle had actual cobwebs and ALL pictures on site were of a new vehicle and not even close to the dilapidated vehicle I was assigned. Lastly, I wasted another hour of gas and time after waiting 3 + hours to find a location that had a dolly as the location (I payed for to be in truck) did not have one. I should receive s full credit for the hours of inconvenience and wasted gas, time and headache all the while taking a min incredibly dirty vehicle that lacked even a wet towel having been wiped over it. This was my worst experience with Uhaul. I will never use a dealer again. I did the online pickup with the help of an agent and did not get a code to get the key. Then I had to wait 2 hrs for the store to open and when I tried to call the store, the owner who did not speak any English , kept hanging up on me. It was a nightmare. I give this store a zeroalthea C.
