None of my requested equipment was there. The trucks were parked right on top of each other with tiny tight road to get out. The app or site wouldn't let me self pick up for over an hour at mid night Won't ever be back

I had requested a furniture dolly, a appliance dolly and a hand truck with 12 moving pads. none were in the truck when I picked it up. I went to another location to get them and all they had was the Pads and Hand truck. I was still charged for the equipment not in the truck. If equipment not available you should let me know so I could have gotten it elsewhere. It caist me extra money and time as I had to purchase the items you did not have available.
