The customer service was non existent. We were told to top back by after we hooked up the trailer so she can give us a special wire. I assumed someone would go over the damage with me. I was told to just to use the ink she sent. I went back out and a guy brought out a wire I had no use for. I told him there were damages not stickered and he said to wait. Finally Sha'kisha came out and said "whats your probem" I showed her the damage and she said wait a minute and went back inside. When she came back she had stickers. She started putting them on and ask if I uploaded my pictures. I said no and she smarted-off "you are supposed to do what the link tells you to do" after I followed the link and said ok, I'm done she just walked away. The customer service rep was rude because the first Uhaul had no gas and she had to write up another contract. It was a different contract. She lashed at me because I asked why the contract was different. We understand the gas shortage but don't take it out in your customers. Being able to fill out rental agreement on line was great, however it still took over an hour to check out my vehicle once I got to the U-haul dealership mostly to see a representative and only one person there ahead of us. Turning back vehicle was great not having to deal with anyone and doing the on-line turn-back. Over all it was good.Jerry K.
Customer Service was terrible. Stood in a line while a gentleman was on his phone to be waited on. The two employees spoke amongst themselves the entire time they helped me. The truck that I reserved was not there, nor any dolly's. I had to settle for a smaller truck. this increased my mileage distance because my number of trips increased. I was given 38.00 dollar refund for my troubles and the 3rd day for free but then I was charged a 70..00 dollar surcharge for fuel even though I brought the truck back with the same amount of fuel as when the truck was picked up. I will no longer rent from u-haul with the troubles I experienced.John S.

Being a retail store manager I know what great customer service looks and feels like. This could be normal operating procedures however if it is I'll never see the doors of a U-Haul dealership again. The idea of being handed a truck key and it being indicated that I'm responsible for going and finding the truck and hooking up the trailer didn't sit well with me, especially when I had a pre-authorized rental and was on time for my appointment pickup. Additionally the truck was dirty, employees walking around with cigarettes hanging out of their mouth etc, change oil light on in the truck and only a quarter tank of gas!! The final disappointment....Gregory K.
Please ensure that when reservations are made....the equipment is there and available first. Also don't call a paying customer that he or she needs to be bring back the trailer early because another customer is waiting. You made the mistake on your end...deal with it.Sony Y.

This is a large Uhaul location with plenty of options available and good staffing to attend to needs. By almost every measure, I prefer to rent from this uhaul location - and uhaul seems to be a much better, more cost-effective option over other truck rental companies.BRIAN N.
Don't make customers buy receptacle extensions. Have them in stock. They were stolen the night before. Made me late 2 hrs for a appointment 4 hrs away trailer wasnt swept out. Parked under trees.CLIFFORD S.
There needs to be a better way for customer to return the trucks. Should have someone outside with a tablet to review returns, check for mileage and gas and take the keys. I stood online to return truck before the return time, after a while was told to just park the truck at end of line of trucks being returned. There was no one outside for more direction. Parked the truck as instructed at the end but there was no barrier to keep the truck from being taken or damaged. Locked the truck and left the key on cupholder to keep the truck secured. Was now charged for three days instead of one day and have additional charges. Moving is expensive and stressful and do not need additional worries of sketchy companies that have your debit/credit card and will keep charging you randomly without calling to discuss and agree of any warranted charged. Not my fault no one was outside to accept the truck. While I waited no one was checking in the trucks already parked. Initially asked for 150 miles for the truck and only exceed the mileage by 2 miles so only $1.98 plus tax. The returned gas mileage was more than I actually received. Pickup said 1/2 tank but it was actually slightly below that but I did not dispute that. I wouldn't be surprised if these people are doing that to everyone. Marking it one way and shorting customers. Have been on phone everyday trying to get charges reversedNELLY G.

The truck itself was ok but had trash in the back of it when we picked it up. They also didn't have all the furniture blanket we ordered. At drop off we followed the instructions and were told to leave the key in the drop box. The drop box wasn't there and so we had to go inside to ask what to do (which defeats virtual check in/out) and they instructed us to leave the key in the truck.Patrick M.
