Truck was dirtly and parts (like a door handle) were loose. Online pre-registration was a waste of time. Why take a picture of my license and upload a ton of stuff to secure the vehicle if I have to do it all again when I get there. Also, they charged me for 2 days rent when I didn't even have it 12 hours, let alone 1 day. Awaiting a callback on this issue.
Customer service was unprofessional. Truck was not clean which was troublesome especially considering COVID regulations. Windows were filthy and hard to see out of, driver door was damaged to the degree that the rain that fell all day leaked into the cab. Steering and alignment felt off. Truck did Not drive well.
An honest mistake about the location of the elevator in relation to the storage unit I rented was the only problem.
Gentleman behind the counter believe his name was Austin became aggressive and abusive. He threatened to call the police to have me removed. I asked to see the manager and had been waiting for over an hour only to find out the manager was eating lunch I could have checked out via my mobile account but the mileage on the app was incorrect by 100 miles. I asked Austin if the manager was available since I observed him talking to someone in the break room he said lowell was eating. I reminded him I had been there for over an hour and asked him if he could ask the manager to help me. Austin yelled what do you want me to do and I replied ask your manager to help me. I commented that I felt this was poor customer service and became aggressive stood up out of his chair and yelled leave or I will call the police. Even while speaking to the manager Austin was still rude and disrespectful. The manager never asked him to stop. After 1.5 hours the manager corrected my charged.
Couldn't really tell if the van was truly cleaned, the seats didn't look clean and there was white stain on the steering wheel may have been paint. Other than that Everything looked pretty clean.
Everything went smoothly both renting and returning.
Best U-Haul location I've ever used. Clean, lots of trucks and vans, helpful staff, and mobile is super easy and fast.
I asked to reserve an appliance dolly and there wasn't one when I arrived. They gave me a regular dolly which I had to pay for. The cost of the mileage and asking me the miles wasn't communicated when I first called either to prepare me for the true cost.
I returned the equipment the next day. Then I got a bill for returning the equipment late. When I actually had 3 more days left to return the equipment. That is just the least of the whole episode. I will never use UHaul again. Was a dreadful experience.
When I arrived to give the truck back they were closed when they should have been open. There was even someone that was trying to get a truck but couldn't because it was closed. I did do the self check in and it worked fine.
I rented this trailer 2x in one week. The first time I e-checked in and still waited an hour in line to pick up the equipment. The return was easy. The trailers right turn signal was out, I decided to rent it anyway since it was just a local move. The second time I rented the trailer three days later, I e-checked in as well and still had to wait a while, but about 20'minutes. However, upon returning the trailer on the same day 3 hours later there was no one to be found to return the trailer. We waited over 45 minutes for someone to come unhook it and they just kept saying the person was in the bathroom. So 8 months pregnant, unhooked the trailer, let the person inside know I did it and returned the item and she said ok she'd take care of it. Unfortunately no one did take care of it and I got billed for an extra day that I still have no resolution on. I have rented trailers and trucks from Uhaul for the last ten years and have never had an experience like this store.
Kinesha and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. In light of covid would you be willing to deliver certain items or vehicles to customers location..customer responsible for returning it to Uhaul store...
Customer service was excellent. This was not the case a year ago when one of the employees actually yelled at me when I asked a question.

waited a very long time for someone to come to the equipment return tent. SEVERAL employees walked by seeing me waiting to return my trailer but none of them helped. ultimately had to self check out using the website. very unprofessional and unhelpful. this location should be shut down if they continue this rude behavior.
Terrible service. I was not briefed on anything. They didn't tell me I had to put gas back how I originally found it or what level it was suppose to be. They did not tell me I would be charged per milage. I found all this out as I was returning during after hours doing the self process. I'm skeptical about doing uhaul again going forward but if I do decide to it definitely will not be from this location. Associates don't have a clue as to what customer service is or what they're job responsibilities is because I would think you'd brief the customer on the expectation and fees. If you care about customers please do better.
Lowell and the woman at the counter in the morning were great! The woman at the counter in the evening who did not have a name badge was disrespectful and ignorant towards myself and other customers. She sat at the counter socializing with other workers ignoring customers. If not for her the review would have been excellent. It took over 40 minutes for me to get a receipt for the truck I returned.
