You should think about adding an optional fee for when we only need an extra hour or two. I would be more happier paying $10.00 or so extra for going over than the whole daily price again. Plus sometime obstacle get on way.

Was quoted a one way which I needed but when I got to my destination I was told it’d be 456$ to drop off one way so I had to drive 200 mikes up an drop it where it started an 200 mikes home so No I would definitely Not recommend this facility

Picked up truck in Pineville location around 5:00 pm Thursday Dropped Truck off in concord little after you closed with key and agreement called next morning to get balance to pay they told me they could not find Truck that they would call me back so after 4 hours I called back still could not give me total said a manager would call did not call so I get an email with amount and see they charge me an extra day so Monday am I go to Concord location to question bill and he said he could not do anything so problem is I don't think I should have been charged an extra day seeing I picked up truck Thursday after 5:00 and had back at uhaul Friday /// 40.00 is not going to break me but after this I would use Uhaul again

I was disturbed that the fuel gauge was down 1/8th of a tank when I got into the van. I was too exhausted from moving preparations to go back into the U-Haul Store to have them correct the error. I hope that this is not common practice and really cannot understand how an employee responsible for checking in returned equipment could make that critical error.

Only two women’s working, she asked me if I can detach the trailer from my car.... the trailer was about 200 pounds, it was obvious that I couldn’t but I had to do it by myself. So u had to use a jack to lift it. It’s not aceptable not to have at least a man to help.

Most moves are rough; this one was really rough. If it wasn't for the management of this location and them helping me with my transporter, I might have had a nervous breakdown. Everything was great! Beyond expectations!

We dropped off on Feb 16th. The girl came out to the truck and my husband stood there so she could check the fuel (we’ve gotten burned on this before) she gave him the thumbs up, we left. 2 days later there was a charge for $12.99 for gas. I called that Monday and they transferred me to a call center, when I told the girl who answered that I had not received the review she would not help me any further so I called back to the store and I spoke to someone who was forwarding a message to the manager at the concord location and that she would call me right back, that was a week ago. I realize it’s only $12.99 but it’s the point now, we’ve used uhaul quite a bit for both personal and business and thought they were better than this. Extremely disappointed from the drop off and on.

When I picked up the contract and did the online quote the total came to 23$ and change. No where did it say that was for the gas charge and it was separate from the rental. By listing it as a total I thought the first mikes where free. The fact that u list it as a total charge then add the rental is shady and unethical!!!!!

The staff was totally unprofessional! They did not care to hear what I had to say and had the audacity to blame THEIR computer issues on customers! No one helped me when I needed it and to top it off, charged me for days that o didn't even have the truck! I will never use uhaul ever again in life!!!

This complaint is strictly for Uhaul corporate and not issued to this location. You guys need to learn how to streamline things. There were issues with your network and as a result the computers were running slowly. Many of us had to wait in line for nearly an hour before we were helped. 14 screens that your associates need to click through just to complete a trailer rental transaction makes little sense to me. Streamline. Optimize.

I was over charged. I rented a trailer for less then 24hour and was charged 42 dollars for a trailer that was $18.95 for 24 hours. When I returned it no one even helped me unhook it I had to find my own spot to put the trailer and unhook it myself. This is the second time in the past 3 months I've used uhaul and was overcharged. I'm very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on if something isn't done to get my overcharged money back. The customer service was excellent!!! It is the computer system. Every single time I go in there the computer system goes down. Need to get it fixed. It is very frustrating when you have to wait 45 min to return something and it is all because of the computer system that goes down!!!! Simple fix do something about it.
