Wouldn't not receive the truck because it wasn't in his computer system and rejected the return twice from the drive until he could reach someone to accept the truck. So much confusion and over charges

This is really a lousy location to pick up a big truck. I didn't like having to wait between people buying beer and smokes at the liquor store to secure my truck rental. Truck (26') was parked at an odd angle in the parking lot behind the liquor store building with lots of junk laying around from nearby uses and I had to back it out on my own with no help. If I wasn't in a rush I would've left without picking the truck up there.

The only thing I would asked to approve would be do you have a independent phone line for U-Haul. Every time I called or tried calling the location, the phone was busy. The dealer asked me to call him back but I was unable to

At two different locations I had asked for moving blankets and was told they would have them when I picked Turk up...neither location had them, so I wasted my packing time, driving around to find them.

Had reserved a dolly and furniture pads. Neither was available when we picked up the truck. The pick up location was switched by uhaul. So it was the fault of them, not the vender.

This was one of the worse experiences in my life. I was sent to three different locations. The first one gave me an appointment and called to cancel, the the second location was about 15 miles away. Only to get there and it was no truck or trailer. They then sent me over 60 miles away to this location. The price quoted wasn't honored and the $50 that they promised to put on my card never appeared. They guy at the pickup location was patient and nice. But, the whole experience blocked anything that could've been positive

The truck was late. There was a dirty mattress in the back and the back of the truck filthy. There was only 1/4 tank of gas. Terrible way to do business.

Major issue, the clerk must have given us the wrong truck, wrong customer information on contract, I drove 26 miles and was charged over 200.00 dollars, currently in dispute, I do a lot of business with uhaul and will not pick a truck up at this location

This is by far the worst experience I could have ever imagined. I reserved a 26' truck over two months in advance and I get a call two days before pickup stating that the truck won't be at my requested location. The traffic person scrambles and finds one 30 miles away, so I adjust my schedule and suck it up. Then, the day of pickup, as I'm about to head out the door to get the truck, I get a call from the new pickup location stating that the truck won't be there. So the day I'm supposed to start moving a 4-bedroom house full of belongings, I have no way to get a truck the appropriate size, even after I made arrangements MONTHS in advance--and of course, it's too late to make new arrangements with anyone else because they're all booked up by this point, so I'm screwed. After spending over 90 minutes on the phone with Uhaul CS (which is horrible) and traffic, the best they could do was provide me with a much smaller (20') truck that was sitting at a shady liquor store 60 miles away. In addition, because I was now lacking capacity, I had to rent a second 6 x 12' trailer to account for overflow--I already had reserved one trailer for this purpose with the 26' truck I was SUPPOSED to have. So, now I had to drive 60 miles and back to get the truck, plus go to two other locations to pick up trailers. Of course, when I get to one of those locations, there are about 5 26' trucks in the lot, but those are for "local moves only." Uhaul, I used to think you were convenient and helpful. After this experience, I will do everything in my power to avoid using you in the future and I will tell everyone I know who needs moving services the same. Absolutely terrible.

Advise dealers to be more precise in measuring and marking fuel upon check in, rather than assuming its full. As was our case, we were told by store attendant it wouldn't be an issue to adjust it at check out, and upon checkout we were charged fuel and told there was nothing they could do about it since we did not physically go back in to tell the attendant...although We did call the same day and the store line was busy over the span of a few HOURS. Will avoid uhaul going forward, don't want the headache or unnecessary charges.
