Employee do a walk around visual with customer. The truck I rented back door was open, employee said hop in your good to go. I did a walk around of the truck an the back was opened an not secured. Also checklist on previous damage. So there's no confusion on the vehicle to who is liable from previous niks. Fortunately I took pictures before leaving to be sure.

The first truck I received I could not get the door done it was so hard. When I went in to let them know I would like a new truck a young man came out and pulled on it and said that was normal. That was nor normal it hurt my hand and back. My brother was with me and he had a hard time. Instead of just agreeing to a new truck he became argumentative with us saying thats normal thats normal. His customer service was awful and I would not recommend this location. They never came out and walked around the truck with me. The second truck didn't have a dolly or blankets.

The general manager is who helped me out from the time I walked in. For him to be a "General Manager" he was not friendly at all and spone to you as if you were dumb! Now when i dropped the Uhaul off there was a very kind gentleman who checked me out. He was absolutely amazing.

I have used uhaul many times and this was my first visit to the Eastland location and so far it was the best, fast service and the staff knew what they were doing. A quick and painless process. ...perfect.

Very rude manger. He asked about a cell phone and it was in my car. I have home the number and he said that I MUST go get so he could verify it was my number. He would not trust me to see when he went to the car with me to get my trailer. He said that a cell phone is a requirement to rent but I didn't see anything about that when I rented it. Overall, U-Haul customer service did not treat me well.

Was given the wrong address of the location then truck would not start several times which took up time that I reserved for movers I hired thru the site which resulted in having to pay them more money. Huge inconvenience. Called location who did not try to accommodate or discount truck rental at all.

Parking is a mess and there are not enough parking spots. Employees barely care. Truck was dirty and missing trim pieces. Windshield was filthy. Drove okay though.

I reserved the trailer for pickup at the Pickerington location and got a call the morning I picked it up that I had to go to the Hamilton road location. I even confirmed the day before that it would be at the Pickerington location. I reserved the unit for the Pickerington location 3 weeks before the date I picked it up. Makes me wonder what good reservations are????

Customer service rep was not professional at all. He was talking on his personal cell phone while he was assisting me and it seemed to me that he didn't know what he was doing.

Very friendly staff. It was busy when I came in to pick up the trailer and the person ahead of me wanted the clerk to rent him the trailer I had reserved. The clerk calmly told him that it was reserved even though the man kept pressuring him. The clerk then found a solution that worked for the customer. Very professional.

I am still Waiting on my credit from the rental. My account was charged on Friday when I rented the truck, it is now Tuesday and no credit yet. Just wondering, you charged my account same day, I would think the credit should be just as fast since I returned the truck same day.

The truck's engine felt and sounded like it was not running on all cylinders. I did inform the attendant of that fact. The windshield was also very dirty on the inside making it difficult to see at night. My pickup location was changed to a location that was in the wrong direction and therefore out of the way (a total of 17 miles) as well and yet I had to pay for that mileage too. Not a good way to earn my good words in social media. I was told by customer service that "a manager will look at my request" for the the mileage difference and credit me if they want. They did not. So to summarize, extra fuel cost due to poor running truck and extra distance due to your convenience and I paid for both!
