The first truck I picked up had a back door that wouldn’t open. They guys bringing up the trucks should check this in the future. Got home to realize it wouldn’t open and I had to go back to get another. This whole process delayed my move by 2-3 hours.

I waited nearly a half hour to fill out paper to get the truck. Obviously Saturday morning is going to be busy. Schedule more people. I have to say CC was very nice and professional. Too bad I had to wait so long. I had a big move and needed every minute.

Drove two hours to pick up trailer to help my sister move . Originally location I booked did not have the equipment I requested and sent me to Morse road . Heavy traffic took 45 minutes to get there. Customer service was rude slow and unapologetic. We were over 4 hours behind because of UHual mix up. We missed our nieces birthday party and we’re late picking up our three month old daughter from my parents house. Complete disaster will never use this location again .

Can't believe that it took over an hour to check in and get the trailer. Especially when you consider that I'd already registered and did the advanced check in. Absolutely terrible. I won't ever be back.

The trailer that I rented had tiedown rails that were broken and added 2x the amount of time to tie down my shipment. Disappointing

I reserved the trailer the day before on the phone. When I got to the store I had to go through the same process and answer all the same questions. I also hah to wait in a line for 30 minutes before I got to the desk and the person at the desk was no friendly. In all it was not a pleasant experience it was something that just had to go through.

I specifically asked for an appliance dolley and pads along with my truck rental. I drove the truck all the way back home, only to see the back of the truck was empty - no dolley, no pads. I returned to the store pretty disappointed. Not even an apology or an offer to have the dolley & pads free of charge. Really bad customer experience. Will really consider a uhaul competitor next time. Thanks.

The first location you sent me to did not have the trailer nor was there anyone in the store. After sitting in the parking lot on the phone for 30 minutes, you sent me to the Morse Rd. location, where I waited another 45 minutes in line and 15 minutes on the lot. By that time half of the lighted day was over. The wait times at Morse Rd are simply unacceptable for people who have only the weekend day to move. The equipment staff out on the lot were pretty quick and efficient, but the cashier desk was not. I'll happily pay more elsewhere unless this is improved.

When making a reservation over the phone, when my card number was taken, no mention was made that Chase Liquid cards will not be accepted at the pickup... So... after waiting an hour in line, a week after making my reservation, I am told they will not accept my form of payment... leaving me with having to find another cardholder to assist me literally, last second, the day of my move to another state. How nice. I then had to drive to an atm to get cash because they wouldn't even let me purchase boxes and tape with a Chase Liquid card... CHASE, a card which is accepted everywhere. I have never once in my life had an issue with this card until that day. It was not a matter of finances in my account... they specifically just do not accept this card at all. Would have been nice to have been told this when I made the reservation a week in advance. Yayyyy.

They extended our contract without our permission because they said we needed to have the truck back within 4 hours. I’m wondering who can possibly move in 4 hours in a large city? So, when we called the GM he said regardless of the 4 hours reservation standard time for a truck is 24 hours? They tried to be dishonest and when we called about it to this office, they man who answered was so rude and just cold.

The guys hooking up the trailer were awesome. The lights we not working properly and they found a blown fuse and replaced it. Excellent customer service!

Double check the credit card you're charging. The equipment was reserved with one card, but a different card was presented at time of equipment pick up. You put all the charges on the card used for the reservation which created a negative balance in the attached checking account!
