I ordered a dolly with the truck, but there were none at the site. Customer service was fine. The truck was great. It just seems like a dolly should be an obvious thing to have available.

Trailer was filthy inside and out. Building seemed run down, and abandoned. Your reservation system sent me confirmation on my order for pickup at 8am for my preferred pickup location. I then get a rude call at 7:57am, the day of pickup, to tell me my pickup location had changed. I was already at the preferred location. If your system can figure it out on the fly, it needs to be done in the confirmation email! Not at the time of pickup!

I would say waiting through line is not a problem for customers but for myself I spent time little more in average so better to more less waiting by fixing.

This isn't the location I requested to pick up from. I had ordered pads; however, they didn't have any. I had to call while standing at the desk to get someone to appear to assist me. I was given the key but not told where the truck was. There one in front but it wasn't it. Then had to walk the property looking for it. The truck did not have a ramp.

Communication with staff was very poor. Vehicle head lights flashing on and off constantly. Should inform customers where to park prior to them leaving.

The staff was extremely friendly at pick up and drop off. This transaction was smoother than going to the actual store

They did not have any blankets to wrap furniture with. I had to go back home and to a friends house to get what I needed. This delayed me an hour which then put me in rush hour traffic when going home to drop off the furniture we bought. Very annoying.

There is always one person at a time at the counter. Checking out hotel rooms, renting uhaul trucks and answering the phones. No matter how long you've been waiting or if you're in the middle of a transaction, the phone takes priority. I prepaid 10miles + gas. I drove 18 and after 4 visits to the gas station, i ended up driving 21. The gas gage in my uhaul was broken. The employees kept telling me i burned a half tank of gas and i only burned a quarter. In the end, i spent $16 in gas for 20miles.

I reserved 5 days before I come and they have neither Dolly I had reserved I had to wait for them to call and get the dollies transported back to the correct U-Haul place I was at then when the man brought the dollies over I had to wait for him because he had to clean up spilled paint that the person who ever rented the U-haul before me had spilled paint so he had to clean that up and I was fighting daylight you know my electricity was being cut off at 5 so I had to move partially in the dark after the sunlight went down it was terrible

Erroneously charged for items not used. Rep would not correct error and advised me to contact manager next day. Called manager, no return call recieved after leaving message. I have pictures of the cargo with equipment still locked and intact. Called Uhaul cust svc and have to wait 3 days for a resolution. Not a good experience.
