The store clerk was 20 minutes late after my reservation. They didn't wear a mask a smoked inside the store in front of me. The vehicle was covered in snow/ice and I had to scrap it myself. The vehicle was surrounded by trash piles that I had to move. The vehicle had a quarter tank missing from what the contract said--but I did not know because I didn't get any instruction. There was trash in the cab. When I returned the key, the clerk sent me back out twice to verify the mileage because he did not believe me. Otherwise the vehicle was in great running condition and suited my needs. Also, the clerk was helpful in changing my payment at the last minute.

I was overcharged. Nobody was wearing a mask, one worker was smoking in the store, and the other one helping me was coughing and hacking into his hand. He did not excuse himself to wash his hands or have any sanitizer in his area.

I was called by UHaul on 10/13/2020 and was questioned about the truck I rented and was asked when I was going to return it. I had already returned it to the scheduled drop off location on 10/11/2020. I was basically accused of still having the truck in my possession. This caused me a great deal of anxiety. I was told on 10/13/2020 after the truck was located I would get a receipt emailed to me on that day. The receipt was not received until 10/16/2020

The place is smoke filled. Not very professional. The equipment was returned last night before 9 pm. No checks of the equipment was performed. I have been charged for the entire night. I only used 24 miles and gassed up the truck. My card was charged double than what was expected, very disappointed

I wanted to share the experience I had rented the truck from one of your vendors. When I approached the counter to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, I was ignored for about 10 mins because the man behind the counter was on a personal phone call. Then, he could not figure out how to complete my reservation or get my ID loaded to his system. I had done all of this beforehand through the app to make things faster and easier as I was on a time schedule to pick up the furniture I had purchased. He smoked at least 2 cigarettes, in doors behind the counter of the store, while I waited for him to confirm my reservation. About 45 minutes later, I was given a set of keys- the wrong keys to the vehicle. They would not even open the door. I went back into the store and he realized the keys to the truck I needed was still in the night drop box. It took about an hour to get the truck I had reserved.
I took a photo of the fuel gage, not trusting my prior experience to make sure I was not over charged. The tank was a little over quarter when I got into the truck. I stopped at a gas station before I returned the truck to ensure I was not charged for fuel.
I have now gotten my invoice. Not only have I been charged for fuel, the mileage price is higher than when I placed the reservation. I have been overcharged for the service that I used.
Please reply with how we can rectify this experience. I am moving to a new home soon and surely will not be using your vehicles or services. This is unacceptable.
