I rent a vehical weekly from you guys. I was late to a meeting to pick up my furniture. They were closed but luckily I knew the owner. Noelle took over 10 mins to verify my information. The process usually takes no longer than 2 minutes. I am really consider telling my family and friends that own business and use uhaul about my experience. I have to rent a vehical again next week and I will be renting a Penske or Budget. IT WAS NOT ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION BUT THE LIVE REP THROUGH THE 24/7 RIDE SHARE!!!

I told the owner that the truck stalled out on me more than 10 times. I put in $5.00 of gas, I only drove 12 miles and the owner of the place would not give back my money. He charged me a extra $15 for a truck that stalled out on me and for gas that he said I did not put in. I told him to look at the paperwork that showed the fuel gage at the time I picked it up. I WILL NOT BE BACK OR RECOMED THIS PLACE. I own a business in Upper Arlington Ohio called UA Fitness and I have over 2500 local members who will know about my experience with this place.

There was some snow inside the truck as well as ice and Legos. But no big deal. The folks who rented us the truck were just adorable. We were so appreciative of their kindness. They represented your company perfectly.

not real confident about leaving keys inside door on floor again return truck info wasn't supplied to me I did take pic of dash before I dropped keys but didn't realize app required that I had to do it at time of drop. I do have all pics on phone, but couldn't supply to app

This location did not have the man power needed to hook up my trailer. I had to call a friend and we had to figure out how to hook it up. I also had to wait a while because the system kept freezing up. The lady working there was very nice and tried to help me as best as she could.

Nobody offered to help hook up the trailer to our hitch, so we had to YouTube how to properly do it ourselves. They also didn’t help with parking it again once we dropped it off and we’re not trailer experts so it was difficult trying to back it into a space.

The only issue I had is with customer service. Every time I called in, the phones rolled over into voicemail during business hours. I left multiple messages on multiple days without a return call. I needed to make sure I had a dolly on the truck and since I wasn't able to communicate directly with the staff, I didn't end up getting one. In turn, it made the move rather difficult. Very frustrating.

LOVE the self-service! The van was ready and waiting when I arrived, I didn't have to wait in line and was able to start the rental using my phone and hit the road within 5 minutes. Using the self-service rental return was just as easy!

Quality Box & Pack was my second pick up location. Hogan Tire in Marysville Ohio was the first location and I would rate them less than 1 star. The U-haul office assigned the wrong trailer for me to pick up, which was not compatible with my tow vehicle. Nick at Hogan Tire was not helpful at all until I started calling customer service. He basically said the U-haul system is terrible and then accused me of entering the wrong information - into the same terrible system!!! He walked away to do other things several times, leaving me on my own to figure things out. Once U-haul customer service finally answered they were nearly as unhelpful. The only resolution offered was to cancel my reservation because of a system glitch. I used to speak to a manager and was transferred to the transportation office, I think. They reiterated the system showed conflicting information and did nothing to resolve my issue, but do to the desperate nature of my rental I refused to let them off so easily. Finally they put me on hold and looked for a compatible trailer, which was found in Columbus. They made the reservation and attempted to close the issue, but this wasted 3 hours of my time!! I requested some discount or similar gesture. Reluctantly they granted a $50 credit under the reservation guarantee. I was happy to get something, but by no means was my satisfaction a priority for anyone. In the future U-haul will be my last resort.

I had to detach a 12 x 6 covered trailer by myself. No one from the shop would help me. I strained my back lifting a 1200 lb trailer off the ball socket myself. Unacceptable

I dropped off the truck the same day I rented it to this location after hours on the Friday before Labor Day. The sign where to drop off the key was not visable at night and there is another drop box behind the building directly next to the location number address. I have been charged with a 7 day late fee because the key was dropped off in the wrong spot because of poor direction and visability. I tried for 3 days to work out this issue with the manager and I was charged for each of those days. The manager didn't return my messages promptly, was not willing to work with me, and over charged me. I am extremely disappointed with my experience renting with uhaul and the 1454 Bethel rd location. They will never get my business back.

I made sure to return the vehicle at the gas level it was given to me. I can prove I did so, and I can prove I only drove 22 miles total. However, I was charged an additional $20 for fuel when I got my receipt from uhaul. Are you serious? Your receipt even shows I only drove 22 miles total, yet I somehow am missing half a tank of gas?! I will be stopping the payment on my credit card until you resolve your dishonest business practices. Additionally, the self check-in option has a glitch for mobile devices. Everytime I clicked the terms and agreements (which you have to click before submitting the form), it reset the form. Thus, it was impossible for me to complete the self check-in. I wish I had though so I didn't have these ridiculous and unwarranted charges. This was a terrible experience. I would not ever recommend anyone to rent from this place.
