Overall a very poor experience. it took us nearly 30 minutes to pick up a truck and were given no paperwork. When the receipt was emailed to me, it didn't show the right mileage on the truck or the right amount of fuel. We were simply handed a key, and had to walk around the building to find a truck that would unlock. Took multiple calls to customer service just to get the issues resolved.

Have the equipment at the location as promised. I had to go 22 miles out of my way to another location because the truck was not where it was promised. Then I was promised 20 extra free miles. That did not happen! Also promised a credit for my inconvenience nope did not happen!

Have equipment ready when I come pick it up, better customer service. Cashier was very rude upon pickup and delayed in getting me set up, took longer for my pickup even after it wasn't ready when I requested it

location was close to campus so that was helpful, but the printer wasn't working, so i didn't get a print out of where to drop off the truck. Location was a little rough looking

great location for college move-ins at Ohio State. The location ought to be able to print a receipt and give to customer rather than just rely on the res. system emailing the receipt to customer. Less friction and uncertainty on an always stressful day!!!

Very rude service. It looked like I was bothering the person that attended me. He spoke with a rude accent when asking for my credit card. I told him I already put everything on the system and that I was confused and then he raised his voice saying "if you want the truck you gotta give me the credit card". I wasn't trying to steal the truck I just was confused. Sup r bad customer service. I would never use this store again. If people renting Uhauls bother you, you shouldn't offer them.

Everything went very smoothly! The U-Haul was ready when we arrived early and the carryout was open long enough for us to return before they closed.

The van was filthy with some very foul smelling animal material---there was some sort of debris all over the cargo bed of the van. It smelled like dead chickens and made me fear I'd get sick. Had to have the windows down the whole time. Disgusting. For $50 )once insurance, fuel, mileage was paid) I am really really pissed.

Be transparent about the fees. Nowhere was the environmental fee or the rental tax listed before I received my receipt via email after the rental. The gas tank was also filled to 3/4 when I returned it, so I don't know why I was charged an extra $6 for fuel in my receipt. I'm displeased with the lack of transparency when it comes to what patrons are actually charged for in the final rental - I was expecting it to be higher than the $19.95 it is advertised as, but not more than double that amount.
