I had originally reserved my Uhaul trailer at another location. (9630 S Old State Rd, Lewis Center, OH 43035). I had my reservation ready and on time for my pickup. They had told me that they had to move my reservation because of a double-booking on the trailer. They were very rude, and informed me there was nothing they could do, except send me on my way to the other location. They could have gone and gotten the trailer that I had reserved for that location, there is always something they could have done. I will never use this location again. Back to 7510 Worthington Galena Rd. The staff was very nice, and the location was well-kept. This location has won my business, and I will return for my next uhaul rental.

Rented a GMC Cargo van for a 1/2 day, driver leg room very cramped. Rented a Ford Cargo Van a few weeks ago and it was much more comfortable. Great service from facility.

I made my reservation on line for 1 day, 125 miles. When I arrived at the store, the charges were higher 2 days 180 miles. I asked why and was told they estimated more miles on my upfront charges, and it would be settled at return. When I returned the truck after 1 day and 125 miles they refused a refund. I feel like I was tricked and deceived. Very disappointing.

I rented a 20' truck for one day @40 and $.79 @ mile. I picked up the truck in Cincinnati 10AM and dropped off in Columbus 5PM same day. Used only 110 miles. Final bill was $182.97 Absolutely raped and could NOT receive any explanation from attendant. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!

Truck was not full of gas at pick up but lady insisted it had to full at drop off I drove 3 mile and spent 10 dollars to fill the tank with gas I kinda felt misled

Unless the office staff wanted to do the actual moving for us, I can't think of a thing! lol I actually feel that had we asked, they would have found us help moving if we had needed it! Both ladies were quick, but not rushed; pleasant and helpful. Moving is so stressful and those two ladies made it so much more bearable!

Gas tank was not full. I checked the gauge prior to leaving the facility, and it looked like the gauge was a little below "F", but I didn't realize that it was low until after I filled it up. When the gas tank was full, the needle went slightly passed "F". The gas gauge needs to be checked by the staff when the truck is returned, not by the customer. I have no idea what your truck gas gauge looks like when it's absolutely full. The customer who had the truck before me, drove it for at least 5 to 10 miles after filling it up. I shouldn't have to pay for another customer's negligence.

Pickup of the trailer and the employees were fantastic. Drop off of the trailer could have been better. The employee was not available for approximately 10 minutes after I arrived (possibly assisting other customers) and when he did show up I was greeted with "Hey! Pull it around the building and I'll unhook it!" When I tried to pull through the gate, he did did not open it for nearly another 10 minutes. Maybe the employee was having an off day, but the professionalism was certainly lacking. Overall it was a good experience.

My only concern was that it was not clearly stated that I would only get the truck from 8:30am to 2pm until I picked up the truck. I remember the lady on the phone asking me how long I would need it, but I did not know I would be charged for a full day even though I only had it until 2pm. I believe my daily fee should have been pro rated to reflect the actual amount of time I was given for the truck. All in all, after I called to express my concern she told me all I could do was call closer to 2pm to see if the 2pm reservation for the uhaul I was using was cancelled- I would not be pro rated. Around 1 I called and they said they needed the truck back. However, around 130 they called to say I could keep the truck until 8pm since someone just cancelled. Things worked out in the end and I was able to get everything done by 2:00 so I brought the truck back. I just hated the pressure I felt to get my move complete in that alloted time and the favt that I paid for a full day without being granted a full day of use initially.

Lengthy debate with the CSR re. "U-Haul policy needs a second phone number". You already have a valid credit card and my drivers license on file. WTF is a second phone number going to improve your security? Idiotic policy if it exists. Someday a customer is going to be denied a rental over this, and you WILL face a lawsuit. Good luck U-Haul.
