Truck leaked and new couch as well as several boxes got wet. We were not told that there was any type of damage to the truck when we picked it up.

The truck had trash all I the back of it. I was issued a refund that STILL hasn't been issued. They didn't have all my equipment at that location and I had to drive across town to pick up the rest.
Give refund if one doesn't use the entire time. I turned the truck in a day early and go no refund.

I reserved a 20 Ft truck and 30 pads a month in advance. I was called the morning of my reservation and told my truck was upgraded to a 26 ft. and only 29 pads were available. I told the man that I could not get a 26 ft. truck into my apartment complex in Birmingham thats why I reserved a 20 Ft. and I wanted the 30 pads that were reserved. I was sent across town to pickup my truck at a different location. Still no 20 Ft truck available so I had to settle for a 17 Ft. but they did have the 30 pads., and my helper was only with me for the day. The only reason I settled and did not walk out was because I had to be out of my house the next day and move my furniture into the new location due to my schedule. The other reason is because at the pickup location, Mr. Charlie Watkins did everything he could to "Make it Right" the best he could. I have moved many times in my military and current career but I will say that in the future I will not and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone. What a shame that a company this big cannot reserve the equipment that the customer has taken the time and effort to plan ahead to ensure the moving experience goes as planned. I am just lucky that I was able to pack the truck and get all my goods loaded otherwise I would have been leaving stuff behind.

Great service. Everything was clean and ready. Proprietor was very knowledgable and courteous.
The gentleman that worked there was very friendly and helpful but his knowledge of the equipment was sub par. I wasn't sure, until I spoke with the gentleman at drop off, whether the trailer had brakes, how to hook up the safety chains properly and that once the trailer is loaded, it cannot be taken off the hitch by hand. My overall experience with the trailer was less desirable than expected.
It was the closest location for drop off in ths 'hillbilly' area.

Excellent customer service! Our reserved rental location didn't have our truck, so the owner of a nearby location called me and gave me directions to his site. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to make my mother's move smooth and uneventful! They were very nice and if we ever have to rent in that area again, we will go directly back to that location! Great customer service guys!!! Thanks a lot!
Other than I should have bought a trailer with what it cost me to rent one from you, everthing was great. The other U-haul dealer in Gunnison (Auto Corral) was hopeless I'm very glad I ended up dealing with Berfields.
I dropped this off at a Hwy 45 N location (not Main St as you have listed above) . Watkins may have been the business name. Great service. The lady in Jasper could take some lessons from Columbus.

Fortunately, when we arrived the personnel were just returning (about 11:40 a.m. from lunch. The location had been closed for some period of time prior to our arrival. Had we tried to return the trailer a little earlier, we would have found the location closed and would have had to call the 800 number for further instructions.
