I contacted UHaul customer service this morning and spoke with an agent. I informed the agent that I was unable to check to pick up using the website due to difficulties with my phone and I let her know that I was having the same issue when I was trying to return the truck. I dropped off the truck (on September 25th 2017) at the same location that I picked it up far before the time it was due this morning and dropped the keys into the drop box (on last night). I also tried calling the manager at the storage facility but could not get an answer times several attempts. I then was able to find out the problem with my phone and completed the drop off feature after the fact but I'm now being charged for an additional day when I actually had the equipment and keys returned far ahead of the due date and time.

Prime Storage should not be an agent for Uhaul. They did not have the equipment I reserved such as dollies and blankets. The manager had not updated his inventory causing Uhaul to believe they had the equipment I needed. I had to wait over two hours and had to call three times to Uhaul to see where I could rent the missing equipment. They did not inspect the truck before they gave it to me and it was leaking a lot of power steering fluid. Seemed like one of the tires was bad since the ride was extremely bumpy. Very disappointed with the entire transaction.

They did not inspect the truck or the tow dolly. They did not assist with loading. We found out when we stopped for gas, one of the straps was so worn it was hanging on by a thread. We had to go to the UHAUL 8400 Two Notch Rd to get the tow looked at. The gentleman who helped us (Richard S) went above and beyond and told us it was clearly subpar. He installed all new straps and chains, helped load car properly. He was simply fantastic and want him to receive recognition.

I have no idea what or how to improve as the service and support is excellent. Mitchell was very fast and efficient besides welcoming. His location will be my storage choice for my RV. I was able to rent a tow dolly for a reasonable price and rental period. A competitor firm wanted 6 times the amount that i was able to receive from Mitchell. They never gave my drivers license back. I noticed it was gone 3 days later and called them. They still had and never attempted to call me. They were suppose to hv mailed it at the end of last week, as of today, I still hvnt received. Also, I paid for the uhaul in advance, but they still tried to charge me an additional $2.38. Finally, they gave me the wrong type of dolly. This was an issue when I dropped it off at the out of town drop off location.
