Today the young woman on duty was very nice and friendly. She was much better the clerk I had on Saturday when my reservations were messed up. I arrived today with no problems and traveled without incident. You just have to make sure your equipment is at the locations your reserve for pick up at.

First I was charged for something i did not ask for! I didnt notice the extra charge until i was home and the truck had stuff in the back which made it hard for me to fill the truck up in one go.I had to fill up my car and a neighbors car because the stuff that was left in the back of the uhaul. The lady behind the desk did not greet me or thanked me for being a customer i will never go to this location again and i definitely would not recommend anyone to use their services! I was ripped off and was told I had to wait up to 3 days to talk to somebody else about it!!!

The staff at this location was very helpful and professional. However, my overall experience with U-haul was terrible. My first attempt to pickup my truck I recieved an error that "no equipment was assigned to my reservation. Please call xxxxxx". The afterhours number was a private cell phone and the person who answered sounded like he was at a party. He transferred me to another guy who told me he would credit me $50 due to the reservation not being ready. He transferred my reservation to another location. I drive to the other location and went through the mobile pickup my truck hoops. After finally getting a pin to the lockbox, there were no keys inside. I called the number the site provided only to find out it was the same guy as earlier. He said he would have someone call me "right back". A few hours later and several attempts to call him back, i recieved a call back from samantha. She was nice and offered me a $50 discount and wanted me to go to another location. Since she could not guarantee that the 3rd truck would be available, we decided to reschedule for the following day. The next day she called me and said that i would get the $50 rebate and she would cut my milage price in half. On my 3rd attempt my truck was not ready and the discounts promised were not reflected on my rental agreement. I was told that i had to take it up with Samantha and that he couldnt do anything for me. I was assigned a different truck than what the system had assigned me, so the mileage and fuel gauge were not accurate to the truck i was actually given. I expect that i will be charged now for 4000 miles even though i only drove 20 miles, it will be at the .79 mile rate, wont get a $50 discount and be charged $15/gal for the fuel that wasnt in the truck to begin with.

Did all the web pre-check in stuff. Still took 45 mins to get me out. Truck was on another lot.... did not get moving acc. dollys, pads. Was told this would not be charged... it was.

The truck arrived an hour late. There was no furniture dolly available. The return location only had city and ZIP Code. No one was answering the toll-free number. The local stores said I was at the wrong place. Yet, no place could tell me which was the right place. The final drop off location made it work because an area manager was inside.
