Don't think the clerk spoke english, called someone to check me out over the phone. No paperwork. 18 miles from my home instead of the location 2 blocks away I requested. Found out at my destination that he had registered less milage (120) than he told me on the phone (144) which wasn't sufficient in the first place with the added milage back from pickup, Misstated the fuel amount on the contract I was never shown. Fortunately we had pictures. Terrible experience.

This is a small location and therefore did not have the largest size trucks that we needed. That was an inconvenience as we had to make two trips when one would have been enough.
