The location was great. But U-Haul made me drive 56 miles to pick up the equipment. I tried to call repeatedly and was in hold over 40 minutes twice before hanging up. U-Haul needs to better prepare and or inform its customers on this type of issue. They didn’t even allow for extra miles due to my 112 mile Round trip. Then they gave me 3 separate locations for: drop off of truck, drop off of trailer, and storage. Once again called, hold for 30 min, hung up. Finally I called a local servicing agent to get everything situated. Overall I am pretty disappointed. This doesn’t not reflect on my pick up or drop off locations just the bigger U-Haul company.

The only thing that I would suggest is to have a drop off location specifically designated for U-Haul drop off after hours. All else was great.

I only drove the truck 7 miles but I had to pay for $10 worth of gas because the contract said there was 3/4 of a tank and there was actually less than that. I also was forced to go to this location because I was turned away at the storage sense down the street. The girl running the place said she had no idea how to rent a truck. I had a 10' truck reserved and had to pay the extra $10 to get a 15' truck at Potestio Brothers because that's all they had to offer. Overall I'm out an additional $20 because of multiple blunders I had nothing to do with. I have used Uhaul multiple times over the years and this was my worst experience. The only bright side was the guy at Potestio Brothers was nice. Getting reimbursed $20 would make me happy and I would feel like Uhaul cares more about its customers. Thanks for your time.

The guy that I initially talked to was a dweeb with no customer service skills. He was more interested in finding new things to bill me for than processing the return. When I became noticeably agitated, another gentleman relieved him and got me on my way no with no problems.
