Check the truck before renting it out the first truck had a flat tire 4" hole on the side . They sent me to another location to pick up a truck at a liquor store. They did not have a tow dolly then they sent me back to the first rental to pick up the tow dolly . ðŸ˜¤ That's how my day started !RAY T.

The lady that helped me was very rude ! I told I didn't have my reading glasses to give her my drivers license number and she asked me are you sure you ?you just need reading glasses? And she asked me how manny fingers am I holding up . When she showed the U Hual ! She rudely asked me again are you sure you just need reading glasses ? Better phone support. (From U-Haul)Very difficult to get the info ahead of time so no surprises on day of pickup. Ie. what height should hitch be for certain trailer. When reserving trailer I wasn't asked if I was a senior, I would appreciate a senior discount. How about an early return credit? I only had the trailer 3 days but had to pay for 5.DAVID C.
DON'T do it!!! In the end they will bleed you out of money! The staff was friendly and polite in the beginning; however, the trailer had an electrical issue. Prior to pulling this load I had my oil changed and a diagnostic run so I know all was well with my auto including the battery. The lights/brake hookup drained my battery on our first run and I had to purchase a Noco jump starter which should have had half charge according to the Uhaul guy - Nope, so add yet another rental day. Then come to find out the Noco had to charge for a full 24 hours prior to use! So three days of uhaul charges and the issue was their equipment! Love my new little Noco but what should have cost $50 for a day ended up hitting my bank account for $171 and then another $114 plus the Noco at another $179! And I know it was their issue because of the nature of the issue and my having had all my systems checked the day before. Hire movers!Lisa S.
The guys in the office were great but the truck was dirty and smelled of cigarettes which I'm allergic so now I'm an issue with my lungs. One of the things corporate needs to do is put a No Smoking in our trucks campaign out. There will be a $250 charge to clean the cab out if you do. Plus I arranged for the truck and hauler online to the Trailer place in Palmer park but ended up having to go to two 2 different places not good business practice.MARION C.
