The staff were not wearing face masks and when I asked if they were required to wear them he said yes but many times he forgets to bring his. He had forgotten his that day. I would not go back because they do not follow the state mask mandate.Katherine H.

Instructions for online pickup were not given and hard to find online. Use to be if u wanted a truck it was taken to the location you wanted to pick it up at. We had to drive a way to get the truck because the location I requested wasnt going to habe one that size.Stephen G.

I reserved the box truck two to three weeks in advance to pick up at the location at Barnes and Oro Blanco since it was close to my house. The location I had to pick up from was way out of the way. When I called to express my concerns I received no help whatever,mike R.

My complete order was jacked up, last minute notifications, wrong addresses and destinations, and excess 310 miles combined with the normal 210, wanted to charge me for excess mileage when Uhaul was the one who screwed it up, I regret cancelling Penske for Uhaul, and then they wanted to charge me per mile for a roundtrip when it was already 310 in excess. the 4 hour trip became a ten hour trip. NEVER AGAIN, and I am writing to corporate. How can I unload the truck with a car on the back, or drop a car in one location and the truck in another....what about my vehicle, who's gonna drive that? Uhaul is incompetent, their last minute texts on my phone is obvious of that, they had no clue and caused me extra miles on my personal vehicle, a wasted day and undue stress and a loud argument with the Cali Uhaul regarding added on charges due to Uhaul themselves.SANDRA B.
If a customer drops the equipment off and pays you with cash on the spot for everything. Can you please return the money back to their account ASAP because when you are moving you really don't have any money to just sit around...you sometimes just need a little food or gas to make it to the next stop, but I understand big corporations don't tend to think that way because you have all you need to live while we try to make it from day to day.Sylvia M.

We were scheduled to pick up one place, they didn't have our truck (it happens. No biggie). We came to this place and Carli was rude and impatient with us. She spoke to us like it was our fault the truck wasn't at the original location and we were inconveniencing her. The truck was a mess and we ordered a regular dolly and she gave us an appliance dolly. When we asked about getting the regular dolly we ordered versus the appliance dolly she gave us, she said "it's the same thing, that's all I've got." Picking up truck was pleasant. Agent should have gone out to truck with me when I picked it up. Truck was covered in snow, truck should have been cleaned off. There was no snow brush so had to use hands to clear off windshield.Mike W.
