I'd like to praise the U-Haul rep who helped me 2/18/23 morning. I had a confirmed reservation to rent a 5x8 trailer from Square State Towing, 957 S Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. On arrival they were closed with no one answering the phone. Your phone rep was able to immediately secure a trailer from Westsiders Garage and I lost very little time that morning going to the new location. ¡Gracias!

I was charged for a 6x12. I used a 5x8. The guy said I'd be given a refund if $310.00 I haven't received anything as of yet.
Latonya M.The first trailer was not accepted by the staff. I was in a hurry to get on the road and the more that I mentioned that I was in a hurry, the longer this place took. The person waiting on me seemed to be new and had to be supervised.
