Vehicle transmission was no good and needs a serious wheel alignment. Guaranteed if I hadn't driven many trucks in the past there would have been an accident on the highway. Staff at each location was great. Vehicle maintenance was a MAJOR issue.

I was not told I had to gas up truck when I dropped it off I brought the truck back Saturday night September 30th at 7:30 p.m. left an email Sunday morning October 1st offering to gas up truck so to pay regular kilometer charge waiting to hear back I guess they were closed Sunday overall a pretty good experience but when the truck is empty bounces all over the place hoping to hear back from the dealer so I can get this paid up and gassed up have a good day thanks Donny

Well before we got the truck we wanted we were ran around for days, even the day we got the truck we were suppose to get one and then they changed the size we were suppose to get to a smaller truck, really frustrating and I still feel we deserve more than a $50 refund for the screwing around

What location we were sent to 3 different ones. I'm surprised the truck made it back the transmission was about to fallout. It sounded awful. The location we were finally able to pick it up the owner was really friendly and nice he gave us a deal. He felt bad for all the shit haul put us through. The truck was also 4 hour late

When we went to pick up our 16 foot Cube Van it was not available they gave me a regular Van That was advertised for 19.95 a day I got a bill for over 65.00'even though we had it fron 10 AM to 5 pm. I had to go to there opposition to get the Van I needed not very Happy

When I booked, the return email states that I would get a call as to where the truck would be picked up as there are two locations and I had a preferred one. I did not receive any phone call and I had to make the call to find out where to get it--and it wasn't the preferred place. We had difficulty returning it in Hamilton. We found out that the key # did not match up to the truck # at the pick up location. This was an error at the dispatch end according to the Hamilton office. Because of this error, we had a difficult time dropping it off and we very upset this had happened.

requested a pickup truck, got a van. Tank was near empty. Had a very bad manure like smell. was told it was caused by power washing then left in the sun to dry causing the smell.

The moving van was incredibly dirty inside. Spilt pop in the cup holders, garbage on the floor of the cab. The woman at the front counter treated us like we were inconveniencing her and was rude both in person and on the phone. I would not recommend this location. However we are in a small town with only the one uHaul dealer. Very unsatisfied. Would do my best not to rent from uHaul again and will steer people away from this location.

I spoke to a woman at the branch and she booked me for a day they were closed. The day before my move, I got a call telling me the branch was closed, so I had to reorganize my moving help. She also knew my destination, and therefore thst it was one way, and quited me $20 per day. When I arrived, they then told me that it was $50 per day. She also wrote my email incorrectly, so I did not get the initial contract. This mistake was discovered when I arrived at my destination dealer.

I ordered a 17 ft truck and was given a 15 ft truck. Was dissapointed because I needed that extra space! Used U-Haul before and never had this problem before. Might not use them again..

I went to uhaul collingwood to find the phone number of the closest uhaul to the location that I was picking a motorcycle up at. The collingwood site shows 2 locations with different phone numbers, I called the location at 501 Hume st 705 445 7720 to order a motorcycle trailer. The woman that answered the phone did not give me any indication that I had called a business of any kind, I had to ask her if I had reached a uhaul locatoin. I ordered the trailer and gave her the information that she aked for, most of which is not correct on my contract, she did not tell me how much the rental cost would be and I had to call back to find out. I tried to call the number for over 1 hour before anyone answered the phone, when I finally got through to find out the cost I informed them that I was paying cash for the rental, during the conversation I repeated that at least 3 times and not once was I told that I had to leave a cash deposit or how much it would be. When I got to Collingwood and drove down Hume st. To pick up the trailer I could not find the uhaul location. I went to a business that should have been next door to the uhaul location and they informed me that it had closed several months ago. I called the number that I had previously called to ask where they were, and again I had to ask if I had the right number as all I got when I called was, hello, When I asked for directions I was told to go down the road I was on and turn at the yellow radio station. I drove up and down that road 3 times trying to find a yellow radio station, there isn't one, there is a yellow sign on the lawn of the brown radio station. I tried calling again to try to get better directions and the phone went to voice mail enough times that a person from another uhaul location called me back to see if they could help me. They finally gave me directions that made it possible to find the location, which by the way is not the address of either of the locations that show up on the collingwood uhaul site. The location had no signage to let me know that I was getting close, it is outside of town on a concession rd and does not look like anything but a storage shed. When I went in to the tiny office, I was ignored for several minutes while the woman spoke very unprofessionally to someone on the other end of the call. I discovered why my calls had not been answered, she said that is enough of that as the phone rang repeatedly and was ignored while I was there. I t was not until I went to pay cash for the trailer that she said there was a 60 dollar deposit required, and by the way our debit machine does not work. I had to borrow money from my son to be able to pick the trailer up and then try to find an ATM to replace it so that he could purchase the motorcycle that the trailer was needed for. All of this in a town 3 hours from where I live and have only travelled through once several years ago. When I finally got to the point of hooking the trailer up to my vehicl
