Wish I would have known that towing was not in the insurance package so i could have had extra towing from my own insurance company for when my radiator blew on my way out had to pay $70.00 just to have the trailer towed with my truck thanks for nothing

We had to wait for our keys for 20 mins, since they weren't left in the appropriate lock box. Other than that, the man who came to let us in was very kind and apologetic. Location was good.

The owner of this location help me personally. He had me checked in almost before I got the trailer parked. This location knows how to be efficient and values their customer’s time.

My family knows the owner of this location. It is always clean and organized. This dealer was able to help me more than U-HAUL’s own customer service department. However, dealing with U-HAUL’s antiquated technology, piss-pour sales interfaces (website & app), even worse dealer-side technology and in dealing with U-HAUL customer service directly three times, I can personally verify that the U-HAUL rental process is crap and will NOT recommend U-HAUL TO ANYONE. Anyone looking to move should contact Enterprise, Penske or Two Men and a Truck - don’t even consider U-HAUL!

We had to regain a car we had loaned to our daughter over a year ago. Due to mechanical issues, it could not be driven home from where she left it. I love my daughter, but we will never loan her a car again. Our experience with U-haul had been good when we moved using their trucks and this was a good experience, with a couple of bumps along the way. We rented the largest non commercial auto transport trailer they had to move our car. it is a full sized car. I would not recommend using a 1/2 ton truck to pull a car of this weight, but it is doable. The dealership help us get power to the trailer lights. The previous owner of the truck had disabled the 7 pin connector on the pickup. I am grateful they knew how to get power to the lights on the trailer. It would have taken several more days to get the trailer connector repaired. It was not all green lights and blue skies for this trip, but nothing I could blame U-Haul or the dealership for. The straps were jammed by the previous renter. It took four of us over an hour to get that mess untangled, then we loaded the car on the trailer with no problem. I tried to get out of the car, and the door caught on the fender of the trailer. It took all four of us to get me through the window. Later, we discovered the left trailer fender moved out of the way, allowing me to easily, and with dignity, re enter the vehicle at the unloading point. The Dukes of Hazzard is fiction, you can not jump through a car window. I wonder if being 67 years old, 50 pounds overweight, and out of shape from a my job was part of the problem? Surely not. We had one safety event on the way home. Our little rig was cut off viciously in a curve on the interstate ( of course it was in a construction zone, where else could it happen). The trailer began it's "death sway", and traffic around us scattered. That left us an opening big enough to put a big truck in. I accelerated into it, regaining control of the trailer in the process. 4 million miles of driving for a living paid off one more time, this time, my family was made safe. I am a retired 4 million mile driver. Every safety class on how to drive in traffic since I first started driving had a section about out of control non commercial and RV trailers behind non commercial vehicles, and how to help them recover. I never expected to be the star of that show. It would be a good thing to get a Smith Driving Systems video about this to put on the website. As a professional driver, I found Smith Driving System videos very useful. For the renting customer about to take an auto transport trailer out for a run, it could save your truck, trailer and life, as well as help you prevent injury if you watched it, then found yourself in that unfortunate situation caused by someone else's unsafe driving habits. In closing, the trip was good, we got our car back, and it ended well for us. I would recommend U-Haul for this type of duty.

We have used this location twice and have apparently caught this young lady on a bad day each time. The office space is almost non-existent, apparently due to the main business operations at this location being a lube center. We will choose an alternate site if we ever have need to use UHaul again.

Only used as drop off...did not tho into building...did not encounter any personnel...BTW truck stalled out going up a minor hill..smelled coolant...

Very apathetic and did not know the paperwork protocol. We wanted to rent a dolly but none were available. We have always used Vining U Haul in Independence Kansas but they did not have any available so we used the Coffeyville, Kansas site. Not a good experience. Vining has always taken excellent care of us.

Grado:

They didn't even have the dolly that I had reserved in advance and then proceeded to charge me extra for additional fees after I turned in the truck! Not good service and horrible business management!

Grado:

We were never acknowledged by the staff. They were too busy talking amongst themselves to help customers. We dropped the trailer off and left without speaking to the staff.

Office was dirty and smelled bad. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Trailer was all good but it had a right hand turn signal light, the trailer pulled nicely and was in decent shape

Walter J P. en

Grado:

very friendly and helpful. One of the blinkers on the trailer i rented won't work when hooked to my truck. In minutes they traced it down to a blown fuse in my truck and replaced it. I was on my way in just a few minutes. Very impressed with this level of service.

The manager, David Givens, went out of his way to make sure we got the right truck at the right time. Timing and the correct equipment are critical for our grape harvest.
