There was a issue with the gas reading, I put gas in about 1 mile before I turned truck in ( this place had storage which I used to unload truck) however where I parked truck was on an angle giving false gas reading which resulted in a 6 gallon deficit ($34 surcharge) learned my lesson for next time

John W.Kym was a bit rude. Not helpful and insisted I move the vehicle from where I parked it. Told me she was not expecting a truck and dolly drop off and was surprised that her location was even assigned to my rental. When I showed her my rental agreement paperwork she said nothing except to instruct me that I needed to move the truck at that point in time. How can someone who is sitting there doing absolutely nothing to behave as though you're bothering them to do the job they get paid to do? I briefly discussed with her a rental unit she offered no additional information except to answer the two questions that I asked of her didn't Offered to show me any available units didn't offer any information didn't write any pricing down for me verbally told me the monthly rental and dismissed my presence. I will not be utilizing that facility for storage rental I will go elsewhere.
