COLIN MThe reservation process is very clunky. I kept getting texts messages to check in but I had already done so through the app. Waiting for a uhaul employee to call my wife (alternative person) was a pain. What if she wasn’t with me? It could be a much smoother process? I added gas to the tank too the same level, then I see I was charged for gasoline. What gives? The truck was great. It is a need I occasionally have but I dislike how awkward the phone process is.
Alan STerrible dilapidated place looks run down and questionable for a Uhaul center. Not to mention they will nickel and dime you for the simplest things.
Edison VGetting the Keys was a little difficult it was not easy I spent at least two and a half hours just trying to get help from uhaul to gain entry to where the keys were keeper. the truck was awesome and agent's were very helpful.
