Staff is very helpful and they do their best to accommodate. However, their facility is too small. They are on a very busy street - so picking up and or returning equipment can be hazardous at the very least.

Personnel were outstanding. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I only rated the location down because the area is small and was difficult to hitch up and leave. Maneuvering through traffic in front of the location could also cause safety issues.

The truck was dirty, there was 1/8 of a tank of gas and the process of doing it all on line was horrible. Not to mention I was charged TWICE! Just to be reimbursed the first payment 3/5 business days later is ridiculous!

Don’t go to this location! I did self checkout and the numbers to the locker were wrong I could not open it! It was ridiculous! Then the truck had less than half tank of gas. Who rents a truck with only half a tank of gas.

I had two issues. First, I called and ordered blankets over the phone, because they could not be added to the order online. I confirmed the order online and it included them, but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. The customer service number said they would take it off the order. Uh ok - I don't expect to pay for something I didn't get... but that also meant I needed them but did not have them to move. I did my part, ordered, confirmed, paid, but unfortunately the customer service did nothing to address the problem. That was a bummer. Second, I drove 9 miles total, and put 2.5 gallons of gas in afterwards, but the needle did not even reach the starting place. I explained that to the attendant but he said they would charge me anyway. Then I realized that when i picked up the truck it was parked with two wheels on the curb. When I reparked the truck the way they had, all of a sudden it registered more gas. It felt like they were trying to swindle me.

I was billed twice for the rental of a 15-foot truck. One for $68 one for $57. Is this some sort of a scam? I should have been billed once for $57 Will you look into this or will I need to take care of it? I want the $68 taken off of my credit card.

Gaby and Rita are great to work with and they picked up the 26' truck for me when it was at another location. Really great individuals caring and thoughtful.

I would not recommend using any location associated with UHaul. The staff at this location was wonderful yet Uhaul as a company offers poor service. When I went to pick up the UHaul truck I was told about a new policy that required they call one of my friends or family to verify who I am. I gave them phone numbers of my contacts and they were not able to be contacted as my friends and family members were at work. I am self-employed and therefore, they could not contact my employer. I should have been told about this policy at the time I made the reservation with the regional office. The location expressed their frustration with this new policy as well as they stated many customers are angry about it. I called regional office to express my dissatisfaction with this policy and the trouble that I went through. We agreed to comp one rental day; however, when I received my receipt the deduction was not made. I had to make additional phone calls to get the done. Todd Ferieira, marketing president, at the regional office authorized this but obviously did not follow through. He even said he was glad that I gave feedback on this issue but apparently he did nothing with it. I have talked with several members at customer service (559-322-6831, 1-800+742-1898) Christine the traffic control manager was very rude as well as Terry. I had to follow up with several people in customer service in order to get this handled properly. I was on hold for extensive amounts of time. I will not use Uhaul in the future and I am going to write several negative reviews on different websites and platforms. Apparently there are some major negative issues within UHaul leadership and it is reflective in the handling of customers. Very disappointed that Todd Ferieira the marketing president did not follow through in what he said he would do as far as comping the one day of rental. The only positive encounter I had was with Rita at the location that I rented the Uhaul.
