Your customer reps, who you can call and speak with, need better training! While my live rep, was awesome, things went downhill hill when we went to pick up our truck! It was orginally supposed to be for your gratiot, Clinton township store, which is the only store we have used! We get to this location and told we had no reservations there, they looked, said it was up at the Chesterfield location, and told us how to get there, I asked if we could switch it to this location and was told no, by the girl, they didn't have any trucks, as 3+trucks where sitting on the lot! So drive to Chesterfield location, there are no trucks there and nothing available!! The nice guy calls another location south of mt.clemens and finds our truck, calls to verify it! As we are driving to get the truck, uhaul starts calling me, that I am late for my reservation! I explained all of this to her, including switching my stuff back to the Clinton township location! And being told no, they didn't have trucks, this rep said that they had 3 available!!!, so after driving around wasting time and gas, we found our truck! I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Pam at mini maxi storage and uhaul and also to the 2nd gentleman at the 1st mini maxi location, because of both of them, things turned out for the better!!! I'm highly disappointed in the Clinton township location and will no longer use this location or live customer rep, because it was the live rep who switched my location, and did not tell me that I had to go elsewhere. So if you are in need of storage and uhaul services, please!! Go to mini maxi in either Clinton township or Chesterfield, because the customer service and staff are excellent and go above and beyond, to help you, unlike the main uhaul ,who had trucks available, but didnt want to do her job, because she was playing on her phone and we had waited 4 mins while she did so, before being waited on. At mini maxi, there was no wait, and greeted the minute we walked in the door...thank you pam and team for everything I will refer people to you!
