This is the first time in a long time that I reserved a vehicle and was guaranteed that it would be there and was actual there, most of my previous reservation the "GUARANTEED VEHICLE" was not there and we had to wait for it or go to a different location to get it ! THIS IS NOT A VERY GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

I waited 3hours to pick up my truck because U-Haul kept getting my information incorrect. They kept saying that I had a outstanding bill with them and the wait time to get an agent to answer the phone was redundant! This was the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention that I was in the rain with my Grandchildren after driving 6 hours!!!
Closed when I dropped off, so not applicable. However it was easy to find and drop off my keys.
When you reserve a certain size uhaul and it is said to be available, do not change the size of the uhaul the day prior. It was given to us as an upgrade, but we had never driven a vehicle like, and were told no worries they drive the same. We were both terrified to drive such a large vehicle. It took us longer, as our drive had to be so much slower, and I can only assume more in gas to drive such a large vehicle.
Had to go to a different UHaul location to get the furniture pads I had pre-ordered. Why is there no info on your Website about how to handle going through electronic tolls on Mass Pike? Neither location I visited in Central NY had answers. I ended up driving local roads in Mass to avoid the issue. I am pleased that the person at my pick up site told me I could save money by changing my drop off location from Windsor Locks, CT to Hartford. Thank you for that!

App would not work. People I dealt with were great.
Nothing that I can see - the service was the best we have had at any U-Haul stores.
The trailer was not clean inside. The trailer did not have the light connection extension, and I was advised to drive it to the Utica or Rome store to have then give me one. This was not safe. I ended up driving the trailer about a mile to my home, then running to get the light connection from the Utica store in another vehicle.
Please improve when a month prior reservations were confirmed we then had to go to another location for pick up !!! Happens every time
location was not secure. location was not open at the time of drop off at 3pm on a Monday. Therefore, renter had to unhitched the wagon herself. Renter then contacted owner of Treasure Chest the following day and was told that that facility does not take the trailer off the car. The contact was extremely rude on the phone. Renter asked if the contact would remove the hitch purchased by the renter. The contact refused stating that the hitch could be removed and collected by the renter. When the renter went to fetch the hitch it had been stolen off of the unsecured uhaul trailer. The contact at the treasure chest then said, "oh sorry" and went back into her store. This renter would like to be reimbursed for the hitch. Uhaul should be responsible for drop off and pick up locations security and expertise.
Well I had to drive to another uhaul location first to have my hitch inspected and to buy a hitch recieve then when I went back to the treasure chest to get my uhaul I was asked if the receiver was attached already because she couldn't do it because she didn't have the tools, so I had to drive back to the other uhaul in utica told them, the guy came out and attached it and it didn't need any tools I could of just done it if I was told from the beginning that the necessary parts were inside the receiver to hook it on, he said she should if known that, so then I went back to treasure chest to finally get my 5x8 uhaul, alot of extra aggravation and gas and travel added when I should of just went to the other location in the first place
The truck was due at 7:18 AM, but they do not open until 9:00 AM. So, therefore, we could not rate them since we did drop it off at 7:00 AM.

You can make sure that the location take better care to ensure the safety of the vehicles it is renting out. Upon starting the ignition of my van, I was greeted with a message that the vehicle needed an oil change--not something that should ever happen at the beginning of a rental experience. I had to waste a half an hour talking to roadside assistance at UHAUL before leaving the rental location because the manager had left for the day and I was worried that the vehicle I had been rented was unsafe to drive without servicing. I was already pressed for time since I was dealing with a family emergency, so this was additional anxiety that I didn't need.
Wonderful customer service! The only issue was the furniture dolly turned out to be a hand truck. Two totally different functions. Otherwise it was all great!!
Very easy transaction HOWEVER I was charged $10 for "Coverage CDW". I did not want any damage protection, that is what I selected when I pre-registered online. That extra $10 makes this an overall bad experience for me, I feel tricked.
My son dropped off trailer when business was closed.
They need to charge accordenly. ....not round out to next 1/2 hour . Lsfy took forrvrt to get us signed up ....no experience .

No, license plates on vehicle. Ended up not really being any problem though.
For starters they could be there DURING WORKING HOURS so that we could drop off the trailer. Also, we were told after we returned from the closed drop off location that this location was an afterhours location so we could have left it there anyway. Heck of a way to run a business.
Everything went smoothly! The Uhaul Rep made me feel comfortable and easy! I was treated very respectful and professional! The equipment was very clean and fuel efficient! I will definitely recommend this location to others!
The most unprofessional and rude help from corporate call. . Woman hung telephone up without properly saying good bye or ending the call.
