Original location did not have the truck I reserved. Was instructed to get truck from another location. New location employee told me the only insurance option is for $29.99 even though the U-Haul website had both $19.99 and 29.99 available. When I told the employee I am not sure since there was a price difference he said don’t waste my time and ripped the receipt and told me don’t waste my time I am a busy person. I needed the truck so I still took the rental. He was unable to give me a proper receipt since he tore it. The truck also contained an open container of salt under the passenger seat, that I disposed of at a gas station.

I originally went to the the Uhaul dealer on Brookpark and they did not have the size I needed so they reserved it for me from this place. I arrived to pick it up and the arranged time and the place was busy so I had to wait (no problem there). Eventually, they managed to finalize my transaction and just handed me the keys and told me the truck was out front. They did not go over it with me to look for dents or to verify it was cleaned out. When I got into it and turned it on, the low tire pressure light stayed on so I went back into the shop to report it. The woman who had given me the keys told me it was an "idiot light" and that the truck was fine. Since I have the same light on my car, I knew that was false. She finally walked out with me to look at the tires. I turned the truck on again to show her that the light was not going out and noticed it said "Left rear tire low, right rear tire low, add air". So, both rear tires were low. She told me she did not know how to fix it so she sent me to the Brookpark store (I was paying mileage so it racked up more money for them) to have them fix it. I got to the Brookpark store and a gentleman there (I think his name was Eric) filled the tires up and told me that there were no caps on the rear tires and that the place should not have rented it in that condition. He found caps, refilled the right tire (it had gone down again) and over an hour after I started, I was able to actually leave with a truck (although I will admit I kept an eye on the lights the entire time). When I went to return the truck the next morning, a man at the station went out the look over the truck then claimed there was a dent in the hood (keep in mind, I was not given the chance to go over it with them prior to the renting). The woman who had given me the keys was also there and said she never goes over the vehicles when the person gets insurance (which I had) and asked the man if it appeared to be a new dent or an old one. He went back out and said it appeared old. To me, it looked like he was originally claiming I had caused the dent in the hood and would have attempted to charge me for it if he could have. I will never rent from this particular Uhaul again.

The morning gentlemen ww mean rude and nasty. The told us if we did t like them speaking in their language i could leave. They told us we could go if we didnt wanted to wait. The afternoon lady was sweet and kind and nice.

The owner of the store gave me a hard time he made me got to the truck and made me sweep the truck, he also made me put $2 gas ambecause he felt it wasn’t close enough to half tank, the waiting time was horrible and it was humiliating to go and sweep the truck after I already parked it...

Seller tried charging me for a 2 day rental when I left that morning and when I returned it that night. The lady I was in contact with from Uhaul was very helpful and courteous I give her 5 stars she was most helpful. Will do business again but would steer away from these mom and pop rental places....thank you Thomas

I moved about 3 miles from my old home. We did 2 round trips. When I took the truck back, they said I travelled 283 miles. I explained that it was wrong because I only had to put ,$8.67 in the tank. I had to take the issue to corporate taxeo handle.

There was no heat, and when I picked up the truck I reserved it with a credit card when I go to pick it up I had to put down $260 and then when I dropped it off I had a hard time getting my deposit back I had to sit around and wait for somebody to bring me my money back,

I originally set up a pick up for 12:30 pm at the stump and snow location. I was contacted at 12:00pm by uhaul and was told the truck was never returned and I had to go to different location. Then I got to the location and had to wait for 45 minutes to the truck. It was at a gas station. The person was taking care of customers while checking me in for the truck. Then I left with the truck and the heater blower didn’t work. And I was moving in the winter. I’ll never rent from uhaul again. Going to Penske.

The lady clerk was so rude. She didn’t listen to me or understand I opted to do the self registration and tried to threaten me stay after completing exit procedures online with her security-that was in the Store. Online stuff was easy breezy. She was a mess.

As a disabed customer, I chose a full service pickup site. I was redirected to a filling station with a single employee (an older woman with no knowledge of how to hook up a trailer). While attempting to connect the trailer I fell after slipping in loose gravel from deteriorated asphalt in the parking space, sustaining serious injuries - abrasions, contusions and trauma to multiple joints. We have spent nearly $1000 this year with U-haul and this was a horrible experience. Will not be doing this again.

This was one of the worst experiences we've ever had with a U-Haul. It took an hour to get set up in order to take the U-Haul. Then they try to overcharge when we return the truck because we are late although they took an hour to give us the truck this morning. We were giving wrong information by the attendant in the morning he did not tell us all the information we needed in the hour it took to give us the truck. I would never go back to this location ever again. I would warn all of my friends about this location as well.
