Everything was perfect I love the mobile app to pick up the truck very unique
Originally Ordered truck at one location for 24 hours. the next day was called and told I had to pick up at different location. The second Location was hard to find due to poor sign (small banner on the side of a building) and bad location. Man at second location was professional and nice. Transaction for rental was completed done using his phone was not able to get a paper contract. Truck was Truck was clean and drove well. Went to return truck and was told original location messed up the time I was to have truck. Had to pay for two days and make a claim. Claim center was professional as well, now just waiting and hoping I don't get charged when I didn't have truck over the 24 hour time limit I originally ordered.
I have pictures with gas and mileage showing I put my fuel back than it had b4 and still was charged for fueled. And went to 3 locations since the first one didnt have the right reservation.
Good truck. New. Driver front tire needed air and the maintenance light for oil change was on. Other than that is a great truck.
Only thing I can see that can approve any would-be make sure the office door location it's laid out better you have to drive behind the place and try to figure out which store or where to go other than that everything was fine
Was a joke of an experience..I Will never give uhaul another dollar..out so much money due to changed locations and time wasted..
The guy charged my card before i brought the vehicle back so i was charged twice ??
No ball for the hitch. Also found a crack pipe vehicle wedged under seat.

The uhaul app wasn't working properly on their iPad, which made the checkout experience very slow. They had to call uhaul for help to finish the transaction.

Both the locations were fine, it was the overall experience with U-Haul that was below my expectations. When I originally booked my rental, I selected a location close to where I was loading the truck, in Seminole. The morning of my rental I received a text that my truck was now ready for pickup in Clearwater. This location is almost 15 miles from where I chose to pickup. At no point in the reservation process was it made clear that locations can (and would) be substituted last minute. Not only did this add almost 45 minutes to my already busy moving day, but it also wasted 15 miles of allowed range since I just had to drive back to where I asked to pick up the rental in the first place. Besides this, the rental agreement that was emailed had the attached PDF corrupted, so I was unable to see any of the milage or other details. When I asked for a printed copy (since when they resent the email it was still corrupted) I was told they don't have printers as U-Haul is all paperless. I get going paperless as much as the next person, but to have no fall back for something as important as a rental agreement seems very short sighted. Overall it is unfortunate that U-Haul is essentially a monopoly in the rental market, especially when their processes are not customer friendly.
The location and person I dealt with there were great. The online "chat" experience to pick up my vehicle was not a good experience. I had set everything up online to do electronically and still had to put in my DL information again and then was told by chat that I had to provide two contacts and numbers? I was not expecting this and couldn't notify someone in advance to try to be available. I gave two contacts but no one wasn't available so I had to provide another. When I did, they called him and then hung up on him so he couldn't verify. I finally had to go into the office and local person helped me get my vehicle. It wasn't very clear that their was an additional verification process so that should be communicated. I doubt that I would use the online process again and not sure that I would pick U-haul if it wasn't for the local person that helped me.
Horrible scheduling experience. First I had to face "computer issues" for 30+ minutes at pick up because the computer did not recognize my DRL. Then during the end of my project, I was passed from one person to another for 45+ minutes just for requesting a change in drop off location. I felt like I had asked a complex math problem. Horrific experience!

I drove around for 1 1/2 hours looking for this place. Then went back to work cuz I couldn't find the place. Went back to find it at lunch called the phone number listed for the place no answer went to u-haul on 66th they didn't know where it was finally somebody answered the phone and i got the place to turn in at. GPS shows a vacant lot there were no signs and then I had to pay for an extra day for being late as I could not fine the place. Not a very fair deal for me to have to pay when it was so hard to find. Send a regional manager out there and see if they find it right away. Ripped off is how i feel about the extra day payment.
