Uhauls policy with gas fill ups is easily the dumbest policy I've encountered. The trucks should be required to be filled to fill. When I was told the truck as at half and to return it that way made my jaw drop. No where else has had a similar policy and I. My option is anti consumer. Trying to guess how much to fill is massive headache. Change this policy. I will be reporting this to my states attorney general as anti consumer. Policy like these only cause the front line employees to take angry customers over an easy change.
