U-haul Rep was not in the office.when I arrived. Came walking up later and Said he would take the rental trailer and dump it. I gave him the keys to my SUV and he drove it a around the building. When he returned my SUV he had driven through mud holes and and there was mud all over the side of my car. He then said it would be a few minutes until he could check the trailer in so that I could get the paperwork and he walked away. I waited and went into the uhaul office restroom. No hand towels or toilet paper. He had still not returned , so I went into the adjoining Lube shop. He was there with some others laughing and talking so I just went in and stood there. After a few minutes, one of them said "oh, you are finished, you can go". I left without paperwork or any other instruction. I did receive an email later in the day advising of the return and confirming the charge. I came away with a feeling of being ignored and with a dirty car.

I received a phone call 2 weeks after turning the trailer was turned in.My suggestion is to make sure receipts are Givin to the customers and trailer inforations are reported.

The Truck had flat spots on the tires. The AC did not work. The alignment was way off. All these factor made it very fatiguing to drive.

My location was changed before pick up but it was well communicated to me. I ordered a 15' truck but they sent me a 27'. They gave it to me for the same price as the 15' but someone else might have had a problem with driving a 27' or unable to navigate a large truck in their area. A better verification of an order before pick up. Overall I like Uhaul.

When ordering through the website, ensure that where we chose to pickup the equipment is where the equipment is located. I've had to go twice now to a different location with NO prior notification. Just bad business if you ask me.
