When dropped off tne girl was awesome and very helpful.
The original drop off location Cheyenne Motors wasn't open and this has been a problem in the past. Suggest they not be a uhaul location in the future.

I was charged for things I didnt get. I did not get the appliance dolly I requested. And I wasn't able to get my truck until 9 when I reserved it for 8. 115.oo for a 6 hour 20 ft rental with no equipment. that is ridiculous.
Double charged for rental. Truck needed a new battery. Support staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. I've used UHaul a number of times over the years. Unless my bill is corrected this will be the last
The reps here are untrained (not their fault). Too many problems to write here, but the problem goes deeper than just this location. I was contacted by what I assume was a regional rep out of the Richmond, VA area (804 area code) concerning problems with getting the trailer checked out this morning.I was hung up on by one of the two (yes two) reps that called me just a few minutes apart. Getting checked back in later in the day proved challenging as well. I also would have been overcharged by ~ $80.00 had I not confirmed my charges. Overall, this experience was a train wreck.I feel lucky to have accomplished my moving goals today.
I returned it a day early I should get reimbursed for that. I filled the gas up to where it was and got charged extra call me at4345325482 please!
Get the Clarksville folks some internet service...lol..the girl had to use her own phone to help us get going. Not actually a fault of that business, just rural and not a lot of signal there. Wonderful experience. So easy. Highly recommend you guys.
Ensure the staff are trained to assist customers with Uhaul equipment rentals. I was not able to get a printed copy of the Uhaul contract. I was given a truck that was not ready .
I tried to get help renting a truck from this location. However NO ONE on the inside were ofhelp! I was told by 2 employees to go online and reserve a truck. !!! I went to South Boston and got excellent service right away! The girl in South Boston was VERY helpful!
This location is 25 miles from our old home but we were forced to drive that distance because of problems at two local U-Haul places. This location had a truck and were able to pick up the pieces from 2 cluster-f***s before them.
I will be calling the corporate office to discuss this whole experience. This location was wonderful and the employee was very apologetic for our experience.
Employees need better training on equipment and procedures.
I would like a customer service representative to call me. The entire experience has been a disaster. Today the truck had trash in the cab. I cannot believe how poor your service is. My cell is 207-944-8847. I will be waiting to hear from a supervisor.

Picked up the night before schedule because I was told person the next morning was not trained to know what to do....they didn't even look at my license, they just handed me the keys....need more trained people to handle the U-Hauls

This location does not have a 24 hour drop box. In this day and age, I would take this for granted. I had to come back during regular business hours to drop off the key. I live over 30 minutes away. All together, I lost over two hours of my life dealing with the inadequacies of this location as well as the personnel at this location and the U-Haul call center. The lady from the call center actually seemed to think it was comical for me to have to drive back to drop off the keys. Really? I would suggest that either all locations have the capability of 24 hour drop off OR display this fact more prominently on the website when choosing locations.
I was charged for an extra day I dropped off early so I'm not sure why I was charged
I was told twice, once over the phone when trying to confirm the pick up (per the text I received from U-Haul) and then in person that we were not a priority customer, so if another customer came in their store that they would have to be helped first, because it's also a convenience store. On the day of pick up, after 45 minutes I was told that it was going to cost more money than what I was given by the online order. When I asked about it, I was told that they have no control over that and that's it's U-Haul corporate. I was told by another U-Haul location that it wasn't the case and we shouldn't have been charged extra. I hope to NEVER have to deal with them again.
