Complete the work on the inside quickly so people want have to stand in the door to do business. By all means put up a glass of some sort due to covid, but open the office soon. Vehicles should be required to be topped off when brought back and customers should get the vehicle with a full tank of gas and be expected to be brought back with a full tank. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Owner stated he wouldn't charge me an extra day after put the keys in the drop box like he told me. Then the next day I looked at the bill and I was charged 3 days when I dropped it off at 245 before the 345 time I picked up. The bill he wrote the time was 445 which was a lie. When I first picked up the vehicle there was a used mask on the seat and 3 cigarettes in the ashtray which I had to clean out because I did not want to get charged. Also when I got in the vehicle I noticed the balance was off when I looked around the vehicle after I reached my house the air pressure on the passenger tire was super low. Would have been dangerous had i not noticed. So I had to spend my own money to fill the tire. Worst experience I've ever had and I have moved along being a military brat and now 31 year old adult in the military.

I would like to know why i was charged an over night fee when my truck was due back until Monday. I drop the truck off on Sunday and drop the key in the key box. then i check my email and see that i was charged a fee of 21.95 . Why . I was told I can drop the truck off at any location, And they people at that location the phone keep going to voice mail and no help for them . Not please at all.

La primera vez que fui a esta localizaciÃ³n, faltaban 30 minutos para cerrar y no me quisieron atender porque ya iban a cerrar. La segunda vez fue ayer. Fui y me indicaron que las llaves del camion estaba en la parte de atrÃ¡s. Estaba cerrado con candado. La clave que ne dieron no funcionÃ³. Estuve hablando con servicio al cliente desde las 11:00 (que era la hora del pick-up) hasta la 1:00 (que me terminaron enviando a otra facilidad de UHaul a buscar otro truck). Yo intente abrir el truck e incluso mi amigo tambiÃ©n. El candado no servia o el cÃ³digo que me dieron no era correcto. La del servicio al cliente me quizo decir que era mi culpa porque no sube abrir el candado (Totalmente irrespetuosa) y que tambiÃ©n tarde mucho en llamar, cuando llamÃ© tan pronto no pude abrir el candado. Servicio al cliente me paso con 3 personas diferentes y tomaron alrededor de 20 minutos de espera para hablar con cada persona. Como servicio al cliente me va a echar la culpa cuando U-Haul me hizo esperar 2 horas en una llamada? Creo que U-Haul debe de empezar a invertir en mejores candados (si van a usar ese tipo servicio) e invertir tambiÃ©n en mejor tecnologÃa. Peor experiencia no pude tener.
The auto transport I reserved on Jan. 20 and was guaranteed via email, was suddenly not available 24 hours before I was to move across the country. I was asked if I would be willing to drive to another state to a location 1 hour away to pick one up. When I said I could not do that, your agent then said that if I could delay picking one up until 6 pm at another location across town then she could get me another "guaranteed" reservation. When my I arrived at the location a few minutes before 6 pm, I was told that there was no auto transport at that location. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with Johnny in the traffic office, I was told that my only option was to drive to Nashville, 50 miles away to pick it up, and that I had to take a partially loaded U-Haul to do it, and pay for the gas myself. So, I not only had to delay my move by more than 6 hours which threw my entire travel schedule into chaos, but was told by an associate at the Providence Rd, location "they do this all the time".Guess who isn't using U-haul or recommending it to anyone? Budget may be a bit more expensive, but if they're reliable and truthful, I'll gladly pay them.
Third time I have used this location. Extremely professional. Very pleased.
stop price gouging $700+ to move 322 mi. south is ridiculous. when my son moved 400 mi. north for $300 and got $100 of it back traveling to the same states. i'm pretty sure I will never use u-haul again

Seemed like the gears in the truck were abnormal. I can't explain what it is, but it's almost like the gear is stuck in first for a moment at takeoff.
The girl in the office didn't even say hello or look up once from her phone. The other guy was unpleasant as well. No customer service whats so ever. When asked about my deposit he seemed irritated and assured my card would be refunded. Should've chose the other place to drop off.
Make sure the vehicle lights are working and the trailer isNt leaking
