Everyone was very helpful
Terry M.I was told to drop of the trailer I had in Moscow Idaho uhaul location , got there, was told they could not take it because they were full and no room for it! I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to drop it off! Then I had to drive back 40 miles just to get back to where I stared in Moscow
Detlef A.The location and their customer service were great. Uhaul on the other hand is terrible. The app is a wreck! It wouldn't even load on my phone in great cell reception. If it weren't for the nice woman who came in early I would have been stick trying to get the app to send me a verification email for hours. She made it quick and easy. I will not use u haul again unless I am dealing face to face with an employee. Your app and website suck.
