Not require my friends phone numbers. I had to give 3 different phone numbers for the guys to contact someone in order for me to get this Van rented for 3h. People don't answer unknown numbers...

We had a pick up time of 930 but they do not open till 1000. They do not have there times posted on the building. Check out was slow so we did not leave the facility till close to 1100. They close at 1645. we wanted to return the truck the same day so we had to work extra hard. I thought we might be a couple of minutes late returning 1645-1650. I called to make sure they would still be there. They were rude. We returned the truck on time. Why did the dispatcher send us to this location when there is a location down the same road about 2 miles. It was open the correct hours and they were helpful.

The vehicle and the people were great. Your web site and phone ap are seriously deficient for both customer and your staff in several respects. The website allowed me to reserve the vehicle I wanted at a convenient location. However, I was later contacted to advise me that the closest facility with that vehicle was ~10 miles distant. Upon arriving at the facility, I was then advised that I needed to provide a name and phone number of someone that could be called to confirm they would be back up. Most of my friends/family were working, and others typically do not answer calls from numbers that they do not know. At a minimum, you should boldly warn customers that this will be required.

We dropped it off around 4:30 pm clean. I just got the receipt and called and the guy was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He charged us $25 for sweeping the uhal and then yelled at me and said he charged me because he doesn't like late drop offs. I'm calling corporate to handle this.

Yes. Please check the slide out walk board to make sure it is clean/usable. When I pulled the walk board out it had broken glass all over it; took me 30 minutes to clean it ALL off. Other than that, the experience was pleasant.

Odometer didnt match what was on the contract. The place closes earlier than hours listed. Inventory doesnt match what's in Uhaul database. And we were charged the higher insurance rate when I specifically requested the lower cost one. The personality of the guy working there was an overbearing impatient type.

I GOT CHARGED FOR MISSING EQUIPMENT IT WAS NEVER ON THE TRUCK, I GOT RENTED TRUCK HAVE DAMAGE OUTSIDE AND INSIDE ALSO I GOT THE TRUCK WITHOUT GAS, THEY PROMISED ME TO GET A CREDIT OF $39 FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND THEY NEVER DID. I CALLED THE LOCATION TO FIGURE OUT WHY I GOT CHARGED THEY DO INVESTIGATION AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON THE TRUCK. POOR SERVICE AND ORGANIZATION. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!!!!

I was about 15 minutes too late to drop off Saturday evening and was told I couldn't drop off at the other location nearby that was open till 7 p.m. So I had to get up early Sunday and drop off and used the drop box so don't know about the personnel or cleanliness.

Daniel, the Uhaul attendant at that location was the absolute worst I have ever encountered in my 30 plus years of dealing with Uhaul. He was very belligerent toward me and basically bad mouthed Uhaul corporate the entire time I was there and with other customers present. I will not do business with Uhaul in the future. There are many other options available.

The cab of the truck was dirty when I rented it but it wasn't noted at the beginning of the rental and they blamed, charged, me for making it dirty. We were kept waiting 25 minutes on checking in because of inadequate or untrained staff and again 25 + on checking back in. The check in clerk was extremely rude and grumpy with several customers, myself included. He obviously felt he could treat people however he wished. Won't go back. Vickie Boyd
