This location was awesome and very professional they made the whole process extremely easy from picking it up to dropping it off. This section does not reflect the business on greenback lane rather uhaul as a company when I went to rent there was a hold on my account for money I owed from 2019, so 6 years ago. They never reached out to collect payment or let me know I owed that amount. So I stead I had my account locked. Had to call a number an pay money from 6 years prior just to rent a truck. Terrible business practices just waiting to screw unsuspecting customers. I will more then likely never rent from u haul again because of their shady business practices.

Tanya SOriginal location to pick up equipment did not have our truck. Had to be redirected to another location some 18 miles away. Once we got the truck it had no gas in it, less than 17 miles before empty, had to fill up. Terrible experience. Typical Uhaul.
