The employee @ the BP gas station where we picked the trailer up was rude & not willing to help with ANYTHING!! When we returned the trailer he would not give me anything to prove we returned it. We also did not use any of the boxes & when I called the 800 # I was told we could return them for a full refund. He refused to take them back. I then called the 800# again & was told to take the boxes back to the main location 1 hr down the road. When I got there the owner told me he wasn't able to refund me for them because there was no invoice for them. However, my credit card was charged!! He wrote me a receipt saying I returned them so I can dispute it with my credit card co. This has been nothing but a headache!! Worse service ever!

I am extremely dissatisfied. When I reserved the truck online, I did so from a location near my home and the online price was 184$. When I called to get expedited check in, I was told I had to go to the Hauck Rd location. I waited for at least 30 min to talk to someone about the rental and was finally given (on a business card) a number to call. This was extremely slow and very difficult way to pick up a rental. The worker in the gas station knew nothing about the rental. And I had to provide my credit card info over the telephone even though I had already entered it online - this made me very uncomfortable since I had no ideas to whom I was speaking. Then the amount was 259$ - more than the online price. I will never rent from UHaul again.

This location did not have anyone onsite who handled my reservation. I had to call the guy on his cell phone, which he didn't answer. He finally called back about 10 minutes later, and said they didn't have my reservation. I made it days ago and did the pre-check-in. I had to give him my credit card over the phone. Shady. The guy that was there barely spoke English and I practically had to beg him to help me attach the trailer to my hitch. I'd never used one before. He walked away before the trailer was safely attached to my vehicle. I had to drive home to have someone check to see if it was on correctly and that the lights worked. Terrible experience. Will not go back.

Get someone who speaks English and knows what they are doing. When I pulled in I told the guy I'm not good at backing up trailers and I just wanted him to unhook the trailer. He couldn't understand what I was telling him. He kept running off to help people buying gas. I ended up having to do everything myself. He didn't even guide me in backing in the trailer. He also couldn't figure out how to get the trailer off my hitch.

SCAM! I did not rent this vehicle. I did rent a truck (10' box) at that time and location (and that bill is also incorrect). Remove from my charge immediately!

The final receipt charged $8.00 for "EZ Fuel Sales: 2 gal.", but I returned the vehicle with more gas than I started with and more than required by the contract. Please corect my Visa charge immediately or I will be foced to challenge the entire charge. I have photos (at start and return) to document the overcharge. Photos taken by the BP clerk when I returned the truck will also document the above fuel level.

Drop off was a nightmare. The 2 men would not lift a finger to help, they refused to help unhook the trailer from the truck. I advised them that I recently had an operation and was not able to lift so much weight, The store manager related that " you people are nothing but trouble and U haul is more trouble than it was worth" then he just went back in building .. Not a very good representation of your company. With the attitude I received, this location should not be representing a very good company like U haul. I have used your services for a long time and plan on continuing to use U Haul in the future. I know the district rep and called him to explain the situation and Steve related he would certainly look into it. U HAUL IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY, Thank you for all the help you have been to my family and business throughout the years.

This is my first rental experience with Uhaul, and the guy didn't know what he was doing, he called some number to check it in and it took 26 mins for the check in even after i filled out the quick check in online. Also he made me call the check in person because they never called him back. He was unprofessional, and i would not recommend this location to anyone based on my first experience with this location.

The drop off location I was told was at Days Inn at 11775 Lebanon rd in Sharonville Oh. The guy at the days inn said he has had multiple people try to drop off there. It is not a drop. Location. The BP is up the street from days inn.

I was sent to this gas station where they could not speak English very well so I had a hard time understanding. I had to wait for a particular phone to become available to check my reservation and then they knew nothing of how to attach the trailer or to use it properly.

My reservation was submitted for a closer location and my reserved truck was not there when I arrived. I was redirected to this location and as a result I had to drive 16 extra miles that I had to pay for.

Attendant spoke very little English so it was difficult to communicate with him. Although the transaction should have been totally online, the attendant duplicated several of the steps that I had already completed - taking pictures of the cab, verifying the mileage, etc...so I question the purpose of the online procedures.

The truck we were given was scraped up pretty badly. We had to go through and mark every scrape to make sure we wouldn't get charged. Also the truck had extremely loose steering. Driving it was scary, and we've driven uhauls plenty of times. Maybe not this location's fault, but better maintenance checks could have prevented this.

When I inquired about renting the trailer, the clerk could not speak legible english. He called someone on the phone that could speak english and he took down my info over the phone. I did not receive any paperwork at the time that I picked up the trailer, so with not having a smart phone to get emails on, I was travelling illegally with your trailer. When I picked up the trailer, the wiring for the lights hookup on the trailer was severed and not operational. I had to swap the wiring for the lights from another trailer in the lot. Overall, I would say that Randhawa Oil Co. has no clue what they are doing. If I could have rated them 0 stars, I would have.

I have rented several times with Uhaul. This is the worst experience. The gas station attendant had no idea what to do. no inspection. no help connecting the trailer. No written agreement signed. The trailer came off of my hitch and rolled down a hill because the chain was rusted and broke. Very disappointed overall.

Uhaul rep was not present. Gas station attendant called the rep and dealt remotely. The gas station attendant barely spoke English and did not know how to operate any functions of the truck, including how to start it... which is like a regular vehicle. Luckily I had no problems and there was not much need for dialogue.
