The manger at this location refused to help his new employee and it caused him to get me checked out 30 minutes late I had a reservation it should not have taken that long to get me on the road it really messed up my hole day the manger at this store is not a good person when the employee asked for help he rolled his eyes

No one knew how to rent a u-haul efficiently
thomas E.Truck had a dent on the passenger side door when we picked up the truck. We returned the truck early. A few days later my credit card was charged nearly $700 for the damage/dent that we simply did not cause. We submitted photos of the damage that was already on the door when we picked up the van. We have contacted an agent at customer service center and sent messages and photos to the district manager and we still have not receive the refund that was promised more than a week ago.
