I got overcharged for fuel. I did fill up the tank to where it was when I rented it.

This place was pretty sketchy. I dropped my truck off around 11:30 am on a Saturday, and an employee approached me asking for my keys. He appeared to have been smoking marijuana. I gave him my keys, and he said that he was "unable to give me a receipt". Uhaul contacted me the following Monday morning and accused me of "not returning my equipment". I called uhaul, and explained my situation, and they told me that they would assume I still have the truck until they hear back from their distributor and that it was my responsibility to get in contact with their distributor to make sure they filled out their paperwork. I tried to call this location, but their phone number redirects to uhaul's call center in eastern Europe. I drove 65 miles back to this location (one way). They were closed. I took pictures of the truck I rented which was in the parking lot, sent them to uhaul to try to prove that I did not have their truck. No one from uhaul has contacted me since then, and I have no clue if you guys have resolved this issue.

The equipment was perfect. The building was just gross. But, it is an auto repair place, so it's to be expected. The guy who owned it was very friendly and easy to talk to.

We arrived 45 min. prior to their stated closing time and they left at 4:20 to go to the bank. Several others dropped their U-haul while we were there and had to leave them on the sidewalk. I filled my gas tank to the proper level and was still charged for additional gas. There was no one there to check in the vehicle during their stated business hours.

Update your website to your actual hours of operation. Provide safe place to park vehicles. (Admittedly, the facility may have been "slammed" with returns - but there were more vehicles than parking spots.)

I waited over half an hour to pick the truck up via my mobile device. There was almost no communication during this time and it significantly delayed my move. Furthermore, the key to the truck I reserved was not in the lock box, resulting in me having to use a different truck. This led to confusion with the return and billing process, and I believe I was incorrectly charged. Still, it was a very convenient location and reasonable price and I'd do it again if needed.

It was a convenient drop off. However I did after hours drop off. It was a little tricky but I finally figured it out. This is not a reflection of the drop off site, just the whole way of doing it in general. Again I figured it out and didn't have any problems. . The only reason I did not give the drop off an excellent rating was the was not a lot of room to park. Again not his fault, others could have dropped off right before me and just didn't park the greatest.

The agent did not have me sign off on anything, so the process did not seem really complete until I got my email receipt.

Returned trailer one day before actual turn in date. Location did not check in trailer until three days later then charged me for additional two days rental fee. Location never answered phone. U-Haul customer service submitted a request for refund of additional charges.

When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the truck the owner was not there. The mechanic who was working on a car called the owner to try to help me. We finally had to wait for the owner to return to complete my transaction. I had people waiting to help me move. Very frustrating!

I reserved a truck online and this was not the location I chose. I didn't get the email with the corrected location until the morning of my move, when my computer was already put away and I couldn't check email. So, y'know. Thanks for that.

I don't think this is a proper form of review. The location is small, but they had equipment available for use. When I was there they were having some technical difficulties.When I returned the rental equipment the location was closed, but there was no issue in returning what I rented. The problem only came when I received the receipt later. It had a charge for gas even though the gas was at the same level as when I initially rented the truck. I'm still waiting for a response, but a picture of the gas gauge was sent as proof of the level on the gas gauge upon return.

Facility was filthy dirty. The truck cab was dirty. Windows inside and out were so dirty it was obstructive when driving.
