This location are very nice and very friendly but uhaul are garbage I rent a van for one day next morning I call and up date for another day the charge my cradit card 2 h.r later they tow the van to diffrent uhaul location I had motorcycle in it damge the motorcycle after towing the van but thanks for the agent he nice guy uhaul suck

Odilio T.This location was great. Easy pick up and drop off. Helpful & friendly shop staff. As far as improvement- this has more to do with online booking and contacting UHaul customer service. Easy mobile reservations are in fact easy to make but the horrible customer service you have to deal with when you encounter issues is just that. Horrible! Reservation was made and equipment was not assigned to me. It took TWO HOURS of back and forth on the phone with customer service reps just to finally be assigned a van. Which I had to travel to a second location because the promised and guaranteed van that I initially reserved was not at the 1st location. Sure, there is a $50 money back guarantee but that is hardly any compensation for the amount of stress and time wasted due to poor quality booking and problem resolution. Stop over promising and over booking equipment- this causes uhaul to under deliver and helps no one.
