This was not my original location. I booked a different location and was never informed that they didn't have my equipment, so after waiting at my location and spending time with customer service, I was told that the location changed. This was a terrible experience on a day when I was trying to move, Once I arrived at this new location everything was fine.

The space seemed rundown and unprofessional. Have equipment on site to give customers a hard copy of receipts. Have the truck cleaned and pulled up and do not make the customer take care of that. have more then one employee working if you know you have multiple reservations at once or have things more organized. I would not use this location again as it is and I would hope Uhaul would take more care in choosing and checking in on their franchises.

Please send someone to check on this location, as it made me feel very uncomfortable. The whole experience was so strange, it felt like I was in some shady backyard truck rental and I could not wait to get out of there. I will never recommend this place even to people I dislike. Place needs reviewing ASAP.

I was told the location was open until 18:00. I arrived around 17:30 and it was closed when I arrived. I called the number on the door but could not hear well due to traffic on the wet streets due to the snow. I dropped the keys in the box. I did not get a receipt until almost 24 hours later despite an email and a phone call. The turn in was frustrating

The agent chose that we could drop off at any location however the paperwork reflected a location so we had to drop it off at that location. Also we ended up taking less blankets than were listed so when we dropped off they were looking for more blankets.

The electronic check-in and check-out would not recognize the location services on my cell phone and would not let me go through the process. I was standing out in the freezing cold trying to get it to work. I had initially said I wanted to check in with a human but no one was there when I showed up. I ended up having to call the number and talk with the guy who runs it and get the code to get the key. It was loud next to the road and he had a thick accent so it was very difficult to understand.

I couldn't find a remote control for the side mirrors, so I had to repeatedly exit the van to make an adjustment then get back into the van to see if I had it right. It would help if the office assisted in the setup.

Wrong keys were given in coded lockers, but assistance came within 10 mins to switch keys.

Well the guy was sleeping when I showed up and then the cab was not cleaned very well with trash in the door and under the seat and sticky residue on the console. Also there was a govner set to 75 which was annoying because I was traveling across the country and parts of the trip the speed limit was 80. Also I was getting an average of 11 MPG which seems off.

I made a reservation weeks in advance, was emailed by uhaul the guaranteed pickup date and location, was called the day before by uhaul to confirm all pickup details. Arrived on the day to pick up the truck and the employee refused to give me the truck. It was baffling. He said he had the truck but his boss told him not to give it to us. I had to call uhaul and they had to get the field area manager involved to force this location to actually honor the reservation. In the end I got the truck, but waster 45 minutes to call and arguments with this location before I was actually given the truck. Really unbelievable. Uhaul customer service was great and helpful, but this particular location should not be trusted.

My work order was not found when I went to this location. The day before my move I was told to go this location way further from the one i signed up for. Then, I was called and told I could drop off the truck at Lawrence and Ashland, what I originally put on my order online a week previous . Upon arrival to this location for the drop off, they told me I had to pay extra to drop it off here. Then I had to drive all the way to the location I picked the truck up at. This was a mess on top of the stress of my move.

My truck pick up was supposed to be at 8 a.m., the guy shows up at 8:15 with 5 people standing outside waiting, doesn't apologize for being late. Then we get inside and have to wait 10 more minutes for him to load up his computer. I had movers and was paying by the hour so essentially this put me behind and I had to pay extra time for the movers. Also to park on their lot you have to pay $8 but cash only, I thought that was weird. Most places will allow you to park on their lot for free. Also the truck rental ended up being $40 more than the online price and he couldn't really explain why? just seemed like a real shady guy and a real shady place. I would never go back to that location.

I would recommend based on the easiness for online checkin. However, ensure equipment is in vehicle rented. I ordered half dozen blankets that were NOT in vehicle, yet I was charged.

Overall the process was very quick and easy co check in and out right from my phone. I ordered a dozen furniture pads but they were not in the truck and it was after hours so there were none available at the location.
