The couplers on the hitch on the trailer that we rented never got tight enough around the ball to stop any excess movement. I think that is an issue that your maintenance crew should look at. Otherwise it was a successful rental.
Rented 3 weeks ahead and didn't have the size truck I rented.
First off....I requested to drop off in Wenatchee!! Ended up having to drive hour plus out of my way to drop off in Manson...and then you charge me for a extra 40 plus miles...BS....
Issue with pre payment for second party to pick up van. They did not read initial contract and demanded payment from my son who had to use his debt card, when mine was on file, I was the one who rented the van and authorized for him to use it and use my card for all charges.
Garbage experience was charged for the wrong trailer and they refused to refund me. Will never be using uhaul ever again.

I was overcharged. Odometer off? I drove less than 60 miles, but was charged for 90.
I parked my car and trailer where I wanted to. The gentleman came and unhooked it for me and I was off. It was a very easy process.
One of the tow bar straps on our tow-carriage broke mid-trip and caused us to miss a Friday deadline, forcing us to stay in a hotel for two nights to wait for the office to open on Monday. We were able to complete the trip but had to slow down significantly out of concern for the vehicle being towed. After dropping the tow bar off, we discovered the other strap was at the breaking point as well
I have had great experiences multiple time from the U-Haul at the Ace Hardware in Cheney. After another location gave away my reservation to someone else, Cheney U-Haul got me rolling.

The truck needed a tune up very badly. We went 7 miles and had to put 5 gallons of gas in the thing because it was running so rich you could smell the gas. The customer service rep agreed and should have considered that in the final price. Hopefully, the truck will not be rented out again until it gets looked at.

The only issue on the day of my pickup was that the person renting the trailer before me was late to return it and I had to wait about half an hour to use it myself. The Jarms ACE team apologized on the customers behalf and kept me updated when the trailer was returned. Israel was awesome and helped me set up the trailer and complete paperwork promptly.
With respect to the question "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?", I selected no. That is based completely on the tires. The trailer itself was clean and well maintained. The tires were worn substantially beyond specifications. No tread, completely flat, smooth.

Man there was wonderful and he helped me and made it very simple for me to return the truck. Very friendly and kind.
When we reserved it, it was supposed to be for 8 hrs. When we showed up it was rented for 24 hours. Which we didn't need. They wouldn't do it for less than that. So we cancelled it and drove all the way to north Spokane trying to find another one. We couldn't so we had to go back. I reserved it again and made sure it was for 8 hours. When we showed up it was correctly booked and they didn't say this time "It has to be 24 hours". I doubt I will use this location again.
Kelly was wonderful. She kept apologizing that it was busy, I kept assuring her it was ok. She clearly loves her job. She takes time to spend with each customer , even when she was busy
Personnel was not aware of any door issues with the trailer until I arrived to pick it up. Should inspect the units better before renting them out.
We had a lot of difficulty with this rental, started out with U-Haul's website, the pick up location had to call a third party in order for us to get the trailer. After getting the trailer, loading it and starting on our way we received a call saying that our drop off location had changed. The drop off location was over an hour away from our final destination, we talked to a service representative to try to find a closer drop off, we found on and let him know of it. It cost us more money to drop off at a closer location. Needless to say we are not happy.
Because your system was down and I had to pay cash, I was unable to immediately get my cash deposit of 100 dollars back and had to settle for receiving a check, whenever I get it in the mail. I was really unhappy with this a felt it was wrong not to get my cash deposit back immediately, since I had no choice but to pay that way because your system was down. I'm none too happy with uhaul at the moment
