After making a reservation for the car hauler, the item was not at the location we were supposed to pick up. We had to drive to another town to get the trailer costing us valuable time and made us leave late. I asked for some money off the rental due to the inconvenience of Uhaul. That did not happen... I know this is not your dealers problems. This is a problem from Uhauls traffic control and AFM not routing the equipment to the correct dealers for the future rental... Not happy.

the friendly customer service at grants is the way its suppose to be, they could not do any better anywhere else.
The wonman in the office refused to do anything other than roll the tow dolly to our vehicle.

ordered truck 1 month in advance then told day before not there go some where else got there no truck then drove another 5 miles to get this truck. Lost 185 dollars on movers cause I was not there on time. Thanks for the loss.

Not sure I have an answer. People can be "people" sometimes. Moving can be stressful.
I reserved my equipment about a week before my move, to try to avoid mishaps. The pickup location was changed twice. But I picked up the truck, with no problems. However, the appliance and furniture dollies I had ordered, were not in the truck when we were ready to start loading, although we were told that they were in there. When I called, the same person who had told us that the equipment was in there, was just very blasÃ© about the whole thing. I told her that I had movers coming in 15 minutes, and she seemed to not care. and took no ownership of the issue. When we returned the truck, she was just as nonchalant about it. I'd left the room, but apparently she apologized to my husband and told him that she realized as soon as we'd left with the truck that the equipment wasn't in there. Mistakes happen. I know that. In this case a simple, â€œI'm sorry. I will get someone right out to bring your equipment,â€ would have really helped the situation. Contacting me to let me know of the mistake would have been even better. The whole situation added more stress to an already stressful day.
Do a better job at monitoring the Reservation and provide the equipment that is reserved. Also do a better job at informing the customer that items requesting/ reserving are not available a 1 day prior (Sat)
