This drop off was exceptional. Renée was informative, patient, and just all around awesome. She was kind enough to take the trailer even though the UHaul main office had told us to drop it off at a dealer that was no longer in business. So, we first had the hassle of locating the defunct UHaul place that we were told to go to, and then we got a run around on the UHaul phone system, after which we finally just started calling local dealers. We were lucky to have found Renee. She took great care of us.
