Mobile pickup was very simple.
This is just a run down parking lot outside of a run down building. Very little signage and no one answered the phone or called back when I did call.
It was Sunday and nobody was there
I will never rent a uhaul again in my lifetime. I know 100's of students and military personal and I will advise them to not ever use the service again also. I rented a truck for 3-4 hours not days and my total came out to more than I was told it would. Tried to reach customer service but was unsuccessful after being on the phone for over 40 minutes. I would have been better off renting from Budget or Enterprise. Much more affordable and better communication
In broad daylight this looked like a set location from 'The Walking Dead'. Seriously sketchy looking. At night, some people might not feel at all comfortable there. Look at it on Google Street View/Satellite. Dilapidated building with the roof literally falling apart. Yuk.
I have a serious complaint to report to customer service. Upon reserving the Uhaul and trailer for my move, I was planning on picking up all the equipment from one location. On the night of my pick-up date, the representative from the Uhaul location informed me that they do not have the trailer for my car. Instead, I would have to drive to her location in the morning, leave my car and take the Uhaul to a different location 15 miles down the road, pick up and load the trailer there, drive back to the original location, load my car onto the tow and proceed home. She offered to put 45 extra miles on the account to accommodate for the driving. This took 2 hours. I am completely unhappy with the service I received from Uhaul. The personnel at each location was extremely apologetic and helpful, but they were not in the position to do anything about the issue. Once I finally loaded my car on the tow, I proceeded with my move. Once I arrived at my drop off location, the man at the counter informed me I had gone 50 miles over my limit and would have to pay extra. I asked him to check the account, as extra miles were SUPPOSED to be added, and he informed me they never were. He was kind enough to honor the miles and did not make me pay the extra. My experience with Uhaul was completely unacceptable. As a customer, me having to drive to 2 different locations to pick up equipment and adding an additional 2 hours to my total pick up time was a nightmare. I am requesting a refund for at least the car tow and some return on the truck. I have used Uhaul multiple times in the past but from now on I will be looking for other options in the future.
The location is difficult to find and there are not signs for UHaul drop offs so it was challenging to determine if the lot was the appropriate place to leave the truck. The key drop box should be described online/through the app in order to understand exactly where the box was located.
The process of getting the uhaul took a long time, and I was stranded in the parking lot for this time. It took about 45 minutes to pick up the van. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Also, the truck was not gross, exactly, but there was dirt and grime that made it evident that the truck had not been cleaned before my use.
Pleasant experience. Moving is a big pain so anything that goes smoothly during this process is greatly appreciated.
Clearer instruction maybe? Leaving spaces open for dropping off Uhauls? It was very tight and I wasn't sure what the right call was.
The vehicle overall was fine. My concern was driving hundreds of miles on tires that were wearing unevenly on the front. NO tread on the inside and wire almost showing. The rear tires tread wear if tested would not have passed state inspection. I'm not putting this on AVON since they are not a full fledged UHAUL location but UHAUL safety practice. If a front tire would have blown out it could very well have caused a deadly accident.

Greg, the attendant was extremely helpful! However, the mobile check in is the most horrendous I have ever experienced. It SUCKS! I suggest the senior mhm to go through it while standing outside in 90 + degree heat and 80% humidity! Waiting for over half hour to see if I qualify to rent your truck when you have received all of my information action over a week prior to pickup date. LAST TIME I EVER RENT A U-HAUL! Thank God for ENTERPRISE!!!!
No where on the website, or within the app, or even in my contract was there mention of needing to fill up the truck with gas. I did so, only guessing, and learned AFTERWARDS that had I not done so, I would have been significantly penalized. Because all of the other communication was so clear, I'm left to believe that this was intentional to generate revenue from the ignorance of customers. It may be legal, but very unethical. I'm disappointed.

Did not see or talk to anyone at this location. Used the online drop off. I just parked the truck, completed the online drop off instructions and dropped the keys in the drop box.
No problem with the location but the proprietor asked to check in online when he was available to do it in person, I understand the trouble of Covid19 but he was not that helpful. And honestly UHaul online checkin sucks! Please have some better persons to develop the system, it was as worse as it can get, sorry!

Was never told there was a three day minimum for an out-of-town rental (I only needed less than two days) or if any possible discounts such as a military one we're possible. The person there told me told that adjustments would be made at the drop off place. Never happened. The rental charge was also made on the day of pickup.
Absolutely the most HORRIBLE and INCONVENIENCED experience we have EVER had with renting a UHaul. Not only was there NO KEY in the lockbox, but there were NO KEYS in ANY lockbox (all could be opened). AND the business owner was not even there to resolve the issues we were having. We were not able to take the vehicle so the attached invoice is COMPLETELY INCORRECT!!!! We did not even use it!!! It was never moved from the exact location where is was parked when we arrived. We were not able to move as planned and we were incredibly inconvenienced with this entire fiasco! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!! And will make sure we tell all we can to go elsewhere. This person should not be permitted to provide UHaul service and he CLEARLY could care less about it. Can't say it enough, it was HORRIBLE!!!
