Terrible location and such odd people running it. Pickup was weird and then the location was closed for 10 days after I returned the vehicle so they didn't confirm it was returned for long time. Very odd place.

Unfortunately my experience was not the best at this location. Service was very slow and I had to park and take off the trailer myself with little to no help. The woman who worked there didn’t even know how to do it. It was a much longer process than what I expected. I also did not receive my receipt and was told by the woman i would receive a full refund for the inconveniences which i have not. The worst of it all was me getting an email that the trailer was not returned and getting an extra change.
TOWANDA GThe u-haul representative at this location tried to steal money from me. She stated that the Point of Sale system was down at her location and she was unable to charge my card on file for the u-haul rental. She told me to bring $600 cash for the u-haul. I let her know that I didn’t have that available at that time. I was coming from out of town to pick up the u-haul. She asked if I could bring $180 as a cash deposit for the truck instead. I gave the representative the $180 deposit for the truck. Then I noticed that u-haul had charged my card on file the full amount for the rental. I demanded the $180 deposit back because it was not reflected in the contract or accounted for on a receipt. The representative threatened to cancel my u-haul reservation because I wanted to be refunded the cash deposit that shouldn’t have been requested in the first place. I had to call 1-800-U-Haul to get assistance with obtaining the rental truck. The representative was unprofessional, untruthful, and unhelpful. She also had a friend sitting behind the desk with her while she was assisting customers. This scam delayed my move and cost me extra money.
Shaqira GYou cannot see the address number from the road or the name of the business. I missed the turn and spent a lot of time trying to make turns back around again in heavy traffic to find the location. I then had to make a difficult turn within the parking lot to get to where they wanted the trailer parked down a steep hill and in a muddy parking lot next to a stream/bridge. The only employee present was a lady who said that she was leaving early (approx 4 p.m.) because there were no customers all day. She told me that she had not been trained and did not know how to remove the trailer from my vehicle. She called her employer for help. Despite her lack of training, she was very polite and we worked it out together. Oddly, she called me later from her home to say that I was being charged for an extra day. I advised her that I would be disputing the charge but thanked her for the call. She then called again within minutes to say that the charge had been reversed. This was very odd - not only the call but how she had my cell phone or access to my account from her home.
