DIANE CNothing to improve. Everything went well. I really like the new owners. From day one of my reservation and to me picking up and dropping off everything went well. Every one was very friendly. I’ve used this location even with the previous owners and will continue. Keep up the good work.
WINONA BThe 5x8 trailer that I rented had an issue with wiring (lights did not work properly). Luckily there was another 5x8 trailer on the lot that I was able to rent instead. Also, this location was out of stock on a wiring harness adaptor for my truck, so I had to go to another retailer to buy one. U-haul should keep these in stock. The employee was helpful and nice. In terms of dropping off the trailer near Auburn, AL, the location suggested by U-haul was closed on Saturday, requiring me to call U-haul to find another suitable location. While this was found, it was also closed (I was told that it was open until 5pm). I was instructed by another U-haul location two doors down to simply drop off the trailer and take pictures of proof that I dropped it off. I do not expect any additional fees for dropping off when business was closed, and I would like assurance that this dealer received the trailer. Darin
