I was charged a ridiculous whopping %16 sales tax the customer should be told this prior to paying the deposit. No limits on inflation I guess.,.
Cozzette D.Customer service at location was horrible,appalling, unprofessional, degrading!! Given truck with zero gas,no help from location,told "you can get the fuck out of my store" by the Black associate! Very rude replies by White associate, only told me to "well call Roadside,they'll tell you what to do"! The truck ran out of gas at gas station and wouldn't start to reach the pumps!! I will NEVER EVER use Uhaul again but most definitely WILL spread the word about this location and service!! Btw...I forgot to mention that my reservation was changed to this location without my consent!! Horrible job Uhaul!!
