Leonardo R.There was no key drop off box, so I couldn't leave the keys after parking the truck. Now I have to return to the location tomorrow morning to return the keys. Major inconvenience. Also, the location was far from my address and added extra miles to my trip @ $1 per extra mile
Julian H.Another unusual experience: there was nobody even in the office except a client waiting on something. I stood around a couple minutes and the girl sweeping out a truck came in and took my keys. She didn't even LOOK at the truck! Told me she could check it in by the number on the key and that was that! A few hours later I got an email charging me $30 for extra miles even though I left over $50 extra gas in the dumb truck. I asked if she could credit me so I could break even but I guess not. At least the truck did IT'S job!!
