I do not blame JR directly at Chase Motors and he tried his best. The whole UHaul experience was a night mare. Starting with the truck was not at the location or time we expected. We got transfered to the Chase Motors locations where they don't carry any of the supplies we ordered and paid for. I called Uhaul main number which was a waste and the lady was unhelpful. I called the main number in North Carolina who was also unhelpful and didn't know what was going on. I finally called the last place where we were now told to go and pick up the supplies which was down 2 blocks from Chase motora. I talked to a Margaret on the phone who tried to help figure it all out, She sent me an email and conformation number for the supplies we were to pick up. Her name was Margaret. I was so happy that out of 3 hours of frustration Margaret was the only one who cared to help. I talked to her General manager to tell him thank you for her service. Then my husband goes to the location at U-HAUL CO 1400 SHARON RD W CHARLOTTE,NC 28210 (704) 358-0010 Only to be told there is no Margaret, there are no supplies on order for us. I was in Denver reading from the email Margaret sent me with the confirmation Number but he said he had no record and there was no one names Margaret although Margaret said she was at that store. What a complete SHIT SHOW!!!! I will never order a truck long distance again from Uhaul. The local Arvada, Colorado store was fine but I swear no one in North Carolina knows their head from their butt!!!!!! This was a nightmare even though I ordered the truck well in advance and paid for it online. The lady at the first place said she never had anyone pay online. OMG!!! I told her I received an email that told me to do early check in and had me pay online. You have some serious problems in your company!!!!!!!!!!

Attendant seemed to have trouble entering the order on the computer. He was the only employee I saw there, and was trying to serve two people simultaneously, while debating with one about the price. When I received the bill by wmail, it had double charges, as if I rented two identical trucks at the same time. I told him I had already given a credit card number to the uhaul rep who took my call that morning, bUT he insisted on running it again. Now I have been double charged. How do we correct the charges?
