I returned the U-Haul truck about 5 minutes after 7. It was supposed to be returned at 7. The lady behind the counter at the store said to leave my keys and she would email me the receipt. I was charged for an extra day and an extra day of insurance for being a few minutes late.

Keep smiling and keep having fun and your custom was a big just to having some of them won't because some coming with an attitude and they have to cope with it but from the Indy experience I had with him yesterday was real real great and I'll give them a 5-star because they handle everything so good and then a truck driver came in and wanted to be rude but the girl hanging herself in the guy did to real good I appreciate that

I am totally appalled at my experience with U-Haul. First and foremost, I reserved my truck on a Friday for the following Monday and the truck that they reserved me was in repair. So, I had to change my move date to Wednesday. They did give me a $50 good faith refund for that experience but on Wednesday since I paid in cash I had to do a $100 deposit. Upon returning the truck I was supposed to receive back my $100 deposit which I did not. I have been on the phone been given the runaround for 2 days and spent over 3 hours on the phone just to receive my $100 deposit and another $25 for the inconvenience. I asked for all my money back because that inconvenience cause me to miss work and money but I guess they don't feel it's right for them to give me all my money back. I will never use U-Haul again and if asked about U-Haul I will never recommend it to any of my friends or acquaintances because evidently they do not care about their customers.

The app/website utilized to pick up trucks after hours leaves a lot to be desired. I expected a user friendly experience after speaking with the reservation specialist over the phone who assured me that picking up a truck after hours would be simple and straightforward. Once I arrived onsite, I could not successfully complete the pick up online. I called customer service and was placed on hold for almost 20 minutes. I finally reached someone who could help walk me through the process and after about 50 minutes on the phone we finally completed all of the necessary steps to complete the pick up. For some strange reason, the selfie I took and the picture on my license did not match. After receiving a call requiring another party to confirm my identity, we finally completed the entire process which took an hour. This is unacceptable and Uhaul should work to make the process more seamless and less time consuming. All of my issues were with the online and phone customer service. The only issue I had is that even after explaining to the reservation specialist upon booking the reservation I needed a truck to pick up a refrigerator, she reserved a truck without a ramp. We were forced to pick the entire refrigerator from the ground and lift it in and out of the truck without demolishing it which was a feat in itself. There was no dolly included as I had requested. I had no issues with the actual Statesville Rd site location itself.

Make sure the vehicle is inspected once it is returned and not just checking gas or mileage. Also, faster computers and more staff on weekends.

Pick up location was changed the morning of the pickup. Waited in line for 45 minutes to get trailer. Guy that hooked my trailer didn't tighten the ball and when I went to load the trailer the trailer came off and almost hit my truck but pure luck is all that saved it. This could have caused a major accident if this happened on the highway. There were wires hanging off the trailer when I went to load the vehicle. Finally the hookup guy said this trailer would hold a short bed crew cab sierra. Which it does not.

This was to be a 6 day rental. I picked it up earlier than expected. I was charger more than expected. The associated was unable to explain why I was being charged more. I complained on line to customer service. That person explained that due to picking up the trailer early I was charged for an extra day (7) but if I returned the trailer by 4:30 the price would be less. I checked with the associated when I returned the trailer and was told all would be good. Now I finally get my bill a week later and I am charged for 7 days. I am very dissatisfied. I want refund for $14.95 plus taxes and fees.

Rented a motorcycle trailer. When lowering ramp to ground, it is too steep for a 800 lb Harley. Had to put board under ramp gate to keep from scrapping frame of bike. Also, need someone to help push bike up in trailer, due to steep angle.
