The location was hard to get out of, the truck was on E when we got it but we only received a $28 credit after putting $80 in the tank - and we barely used a quarter if the tank for our move. So make sure you have a FULL tank of gas.

check engine light was on when I picked vehicle up and the air bag warning light flashed on and off as I drove it
Everything was great. The serviceman that helped me was efficient and nice, even though they had issues that day based on unforseen circumstances, he was helpful and in good humor.
Completed check in process online and still had to go in for 30 mins. Over charged me and took forever to give me my money back.

Everyone working at this location was very attentive and friendly. I'd also like to point out there was a young man working, I didn't catch his name but he was probably around 18 or early in his 20s. He should be commended. In the time I was there I saw him working very hard to get everything ready/checked out/checked in for customers. It sounded like he was fairly new there, but he was doing his best to think a few steps ahead. His interaction with the customers was also commendable. I hope this location can see this review because everyone there was great, and I hope the young man working knows that hard, good work is recognized!
Customer service was great
First of all, I was unable to do a self serve pick up. After I completed info online, I still had to provide the same info to the rep. This location is not the best. There was a lot of trash where I had to park my car and dog food on the corner of the fencing. I felt that my car left there for my entire rental would be unsafe and at risk for vandalism. I would not recommend this location. The ladies at the front desk were helpful but the overall process was time consuming, hectic and confusing!
The truck stalled out and the exhaust was loud. It was missing a piece to the exhaust and instead of swapping the truck they gave me that one. Engine light still on. Extremely disappointed and the. Get charged for fuel. I barely made it back to the shop. Never will use that shop. Extremely disappointed
When I returned the truck, the person that checked me in was very rude to me and my son. I was shocked and very disappointed.
The breaks for the vehicle i rented, needs to be addressed
Sorry but there is a staffing issue at this location. I have rented lots of items from Uhaul and this has been the worse experience. Lots of things broken at this location, technology, staff is not trained properly, staff doesn't communicate well.
The manager gave me one price and I paid it and he didn't mention anything about a deposit. He told me that even after 5 pm I could drop the key off in the drop box. I did that and this morning I got charged doubled and was totally blind sided
There was an issue processing my credit cards at this location and it took up an hour of my time. I eventually had to use the app to pay and that payment went through and even then the dealer there was arguing with the UHAUL person on the phone that was confirming payment that he isnt seeing it on his system. All the cards he said were declined I have used them since and had no issues. In fact one I used the very next day to rent a return car that cost more than the UHAUL.
He was super professional and helpful. I parked the truck in a spot that blocked his other trucks from passing through. He called and I apologized and brought the key to the Uhaul drop off location as soon as I could. He was understanding and very, very, polite. Thanks again!
Everything was great! The gentlemen working had great human connection and understanding at this time during the pandemic. We need more people like him in our working society.

I arrived to rent vehicle and there was a sign on the door that said â€œMGR Closedâ€. There was a mechanic there working who refused to help me even though I explained that I had already checked in and purchased the truck through the mobile app and simply needed the key to the unit. He said â€œNo sirâ€ and continued moving vans and trailers around. I left with NO MOVING TRUCK and called customer service and while en route to another location and was placed on hold for the entire ride and then disconnected. The new location was unable to help because the system showed I already had an active contract. I called customer service back and spoke to someone who also placed me on for quite some time until I was randomly transferred to now my THIRD customer service rep. This rep called the original location and spoke with the mechanic and told me to go back and get the keys (from the same mechanic that told me no). I finally went back and like magic, the keys were waiting. I hired movers to help me move beginning at 1:00pm. This entire ordeal wasted an hour and a half of my day and more importantly, I paid an hour of labor for movers as they sat at my home waiting for me to finally get a moving truck. Never again.

Customer service is horrible just like all the reviews stated. Uhaul Customer service line was horrible as well, had to call 6 times with several dropped calls before I reached a live person that would transfer the call for it to ring and never be answered
My experience was the worst i was yelled at treated terrible. Given wrong information and inconvenience from being to end very disrespectful never using the location again i am writing to better business bureau if someone doent call me. Website indicated that we could purchase the use of a furniture dolly. This may not have been the fault of anyone at this specific Uhaul but we were unable to rent one at this location as it was unavailable.
Invoice was incorrect, gentleman didn't know how to correct it. No one in line, did online checkin and it still took 35 minutes to process at the location. In contrast, I got a second truck the same evening from another location - less than 10 minutes.
