Road work on Independence Blvd basically allows exiting facility in only one direction and lack of turn lanes to u-turn is inconvenient.

I felt as if the customer behind me was more important than me. Through the entire transaction of me renting a trailer the employee was talking and asking question to the person behind me. The trailer was discusting on the inside as well.

The trailer was not water tight and the quarter of my possessions in the rear were very wet. Perhaps I should have asked but I don't think it is an unreasonable assumption water would not get into a closed trailer. The customer service was great otherwise.

Be carefull, when I came to sign in, they added additional items I had not requested, then when I returned the trailer, just 40 mins over the 24 hrs, they charged me another full day, when in most locations, they would not, especially for a trailer. My recommendation, use another location

There must have been something wrong with the meter,it stated I drove 302 miles.when I drove well under 15 miles. My card was charged $280 for miles I DIDN'T drive. I am very pissed off and will be contacted the corporate office . This is not acceptable!!!

I rented a trailer from the facility. The staff was not aware of how to hook the trailer up to a vehicle. I have a lot of experience and did not need any help, but it was very obvious of the lack of knowledge. Upon returning the equipment, the sign-in had been performed hours before my actual return. I heard staff saying that the equipment number on the rental had been entered incorrectly and they did not know how to change. I am very aware of an equipment sign-in and sign-out process and so I called and made customer service aware that I did return the trailer, even though it was not signed back in properly. I would advise hiring either more qualified staff or either providing some training. It is very hard to find individuals that actually care or make decisions based on the entity they are representing these days.
